在三亞住過不少酒店，三亞半山半島洲際度假酒店的服務和體驗真心讓我想安利給所有人！
首先誇誇硬件設施，公區美得像熱帶花園，隨手一拍都是度假大片；升級的高層海景房更是絕絕子，推窗就是湛藍大海，躺在陽台看海景吹海風的舒適感，直接把度假氛圍拉滿。
然後是服務細節，預訂時就給升級了豪華海景房，還贈送了一份早餐。更驚喜的是，得知我媽媽和阿姨剛從西沙郵輪下來，前台又貼心地額外送了兩份早餐，早餐也十分好吃，這份意外的温暖真的太戳人了！
最後必須提酒店人員，從客關主任Dora到前台 staff，每個人都特別和善、特別nice。Dora提前溝通房型、入住時間，還貼心提醒房間細節；前台在早餐上的額外關懷，讓整個入住過程充滿了被重視的幸福感。
總之，這家酒店從環境到服務都超出預期，來三亞選它，絕對不踩雷，住一次就愛上！

在三亞泡得最多的就是酒店 這次三亞行 做了很多攻略 最終選擇最後一天待在半島洲際 還説不説洲際的服務態度是很不錯的 地中海的早餐及晚餐自助餐也很好吃 食材都很新鮮 整個酒店不算特別大 基本都是俄羅斯人 有種在國外度假的即視感 拋開這些 房間卻沒有想象中驚艷 可能是我期待值太高了 首先 房間相對來説比較老舊 鏡子也特別多 真的很多 給人感覺不太舒適 不知道是外面的沙發不乾淨還是床品不乾淨 離開酒店後背後長了好幾顆很癢的疹子 希望能把衞生把控好 這也是酒店很重要的一部分

帶娃住了洲際，感覺性價比挺高的，服務也挺好的，就是房間裏沒有娃的小馬桶和恆温壺，對三歲以下的娃不太友好，其他的都還不錯，環境和早餐都挺滿意

半山半島的度假感真的沒話説，服務也非常好，直接就給升級了親子房，個人覺得親子園景房很舒服，一開始怕蟲子多，可能12月份了，沒什麼蟲子，房間裏還有小泡池，但是太冷了沒用上，管家Annie的服務態度特別好，有求必應，因為帶寶寶所以叫了無數次擺渡車，真的是秒到，整體都讓人很舒服，地中海餐廳的餐食也不錯

我一定會再來的，前台的Dora熱情招待，加微信幫助處理 。$3000一晚非常值得，房間大，還有户外游泳池。太舒服了，貴賓室從早到晚也有安排，但是太累沒有去。
餐廳員工也很熱情，他們早餐時段一直配合我的要求。
建議大家最少入住兩晚，走路3分鐘已經到海灘😍

這次入住酒店給我們做了一個驚喜升級，從基礎房型換到了花園景觀房間，房間還有户外休閑區的庭院，可以在外面玩耍都是可以的，景色真的很治癒，度假感瞬間拉滿！
房間整體環境整潔安靜，綠意盎然的視野讓心情都放鬆下來。不過部分設施確實有些年頭了，比如衞生間五金有些磨損，電視款式比較老，但該有的都有，不影響正常使用。如果對硬件新舊比較敏感的話可能需要考慮一下。
值得特別表揚的是Annie的服務，從入住指引到需求響應都非常熱情貼心，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊活動，還幫我們安排了延遲退房，服務體驗很棒！
酒店的公共區域設計得很有度假氛圍，大堂吧通透敞亮，户外花園打理得很用心，拍照很好看，下午坐在躺椅上發呆也很舒服。整體來説，適合想要放鬆、對自然景觀偏愛大於硬件新舊的客人。如果酒店未來能逐步更新房間設施，體驗會更完美～
