Hawaii Hotel

Stayed for one night and it was a great experience. They upgraded my room for free, and I'll definitely choose Hawaii Hotel again next time. Thumbs up to the front desk staff! Looking forward to my next trip to Sanya.

After reading the description, I knew this was an old hotel that's been around for decades, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. The hygiene was terrible, and there was no service whatsoever. The 3.3-star rating is definitely deserved. It's such a waste of a great location.

The room was outdated, and the staff's attitude was poor. The only good thing was its proximity to the beach. I booked through Trip.com, which allowed for a late checkout until 2 PM, but the hotel was incredibly uncooperative and refused to honor it. The benefits I receive, like late checkout, are agreed upon between the platform and the hotel before I even book. If the hotel doesn't recognize the late checkout perk offered on the platform, that's an issue they should resolve with the platform, not take out on me! Otherwise, don't even list your hotel on these platforms! For such a large hotel, they are completely unreasonable and lack integrity!
