Stayed here during typhoon butterfly. Couldn't do much and can't go to the beach. But the service staff more than made up for the disappointment due to inclement weather.
Hainan Pearl restaurant served delicious food and service was very good. Noodle House was good too and prices were very reasonable. Buffet breakfast had plenty of food and the spread was excellent.
The bathtub in our room was very nice and clean but unfortunately, there's a minor leak and couldn't hold water. Anyway we enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Resort.

Awesome hotel and super nice staff. Anna was very kind and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and she even gave us a better room because we had a bad view the first night. Thank you very much Anna!

The hotel is in the preserved area of Haitang bay, the sea is cleaner and have less mass tourism. It’s far from Sanya city but you have restaurants 6 minutes by car or can order food. The hotel has great swimming pools where we spent all day ! There are pool for children so if you want to be in a more quiet area you can go to another pool. The park is huge and have beautiful landscapes. The beach is so pretty. All the staff were so nice (very few can speak English) when we arrived Murca小刘 made a WeChat group so it was easy to communicate and everyday he made sure we were ok and send us recommendations of things to do. It was a great time to relax in this paradise, you don’t need to go out of hotel. Breakfast was gigantic, you have for every taste ! Rooms are big with a big balcony, you need to be careful of insects, there are some because of the natural area, but staff was careful to clean very well!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay at Sofitel Sanya, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. My pool access room was incredibly convenient, and the amenities were consistently stocked. I had the pleasure of having Murca Xiao Liu as my WeChat contact throughout my stay, who was attentive to my requests and ensured I was having an enjoyable experience.
The surrounding atmosphere was simply idyllic, with stunning beaches, beautiful pools, and abundant greenery. The dining options were impressive, offering a lovely variety of delicious food. The gym facilities were also top-notch, perfect for keeping up with my routine. Overall, my time at Sofitel Sanya was delightful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at this incredible hotel, and my stay was truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Nikki, who made my experience seamless from start to finish. From pre-arrival arrangements to booking external activities, her exceptional service was impressive.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious options.
The hotel's location is ideal, situated near a mall and numerous activities, including a helicopter experience and dinner in the sky. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, with on-site restaurants, a spa, and beautifully equipped rooms.
This hotel is perfect for families, with a variety of kid-friendly options and entertainment. The evening fire show is a lovely touch.
I highly recommend this hotel for a unique, relaxing, and memorable experience. Its exceptional ambiance and top-notch service make it an ideal choice for any special occasion.
