Oakwood Apartments Sanya

We booked the family suite, and the room was exceptionally clean with an outdoor balcony where we could enjoy the high-rise view. We stayed in Sanya for two nights, and the overall experience was fantastic. Since we were traveling with family, having a kitchen and a microwave to heat up food made it feel just like home. Highly recommended to everyone!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and check-in and check-out were quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and parking is easy. The breakfast had a good variety, suitable for kids. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip, highly recommended!

The room is very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The one-bedroom unit is over 80 square meters with one bedroom and one living room, which is perfect for family trips.

Traveling with my mom. The hotel service was top-notch, incredibly efficient. When I called the front desk at night to ask them to empty the trash, bring extra pillows, or tissues, the staff would show up at the door with the requested items super fast. I almost suspected there was a butler assigned to our floor! When I wanted to change rooms, the staff was very professional, showing me available rooms on different floors. Food delivery was even handled by a cute robot. Plus, there's a night market right across the street, so you'll never run out of food and drink options.

This hotel, under the Ascott brand, is quite good. The service is decent; more smiles would be a plus, as it felt a bit lacking in warmth. However, their facilities are also quite good, especially the suite-style rooms. I found them very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided were also quite nice. They are responsive to requests, and they have standard services like a doorman and luggage assistance, which is great. I heard the breakfast is excellent, though I didn't try it myself, but it might be worth checking out.

What really sold me on choosing this place was the complete kitchen setup. It had everything: a stove, fridge, coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, and tableware you could need. It was super convenient to buy seafood from the night market downstairs and cook it myself. Perfect for a hassle-free meal and great for longer stays. I booked a one-bedroom unit, and the separate living room and bedroom made it feel really spacious.

Since my first stay at this hotel 25 years ago, I've probably accumulated over 20 nights here. Before, whenever I came to Sanya, I always stayed at resorts in Yalong Bay or Haitang Bay, feeling that was the only way to experience Sanya. However, after staying here, I suddenly realized that city life can be very comfortable too. Every day, I'd go to the Third Market to buy some groceries, cook some 'zaopocu' (a local sour and spicy hotpot), and then relax by Sanya Bay beach in the evening. This kind of vacation is also very enjoyable. What's rare about this hotel is its sleek decor and the fact that it comes with a kitchen and a small living room, making you feel right at home even when you're away. I really love it.

The service is also great, and they even offer different types of pillows. Any requests are met with a positive response. Room service is very convenient, and cooking facilities are also readily available.

This stay exceeded my expectations! I got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was clean and tidy, with cooking facilities and a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. From the balcony, I had a vast sea view, an expansive vista where I could take in both the sunrise and sunset. The hotel's swimming pool was excellent; swimming in the evening was very enjoyable. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's also close to the city center, with a night market right across the street.
