The room was very clean, and the customer service even provided complimentary coconuts and a travel photoshoot. The pool was pristine and cleaned daily. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. We also enjoyed the hotel's buffet, which was excellent. The animal-shaped towel art was a delightful touch! The hotel's own slide and floating boards were a lot of fun. We'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel has a nice, classic resort vibe, and it's very quiet overall, perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The public pool is large and not crowded, so it feels like you have it all to yourself. However, the room facilities are a bit old, and being on a lower floor, it's quite humid. Overall, still recommended.

Overall: An old, poorly maintained hotel with very mediocre service. It's definitely not a five-star hotel; their 'five-diamond' rating is just a Ctrip-specific system. Facilities: Honestly, many guesthouses nowadays are better. The room was full of dilapidated items, and the design was incredibly 'touching' (you'll understand if you see the pictures and videos). The toilet would sometimes malfunction and make noise all night. Hygiene: Mold everywhere. Ladies looking to take nice photos, beware! You might end up with skin problems. Just a sniff reveals the 'charming' aroma from all the antique wooden furniture. Service: The bell staff who helped with luggage and the front desk staff answering calls were good, but everything else was subpar. Avoid this place. Breakfast: The variety was average and not worth the 100 price tag. You'd be better off ordering some takeout. Its high prices are likely based on its past reputation or its second-tier sea view. In short, avoid it. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area.

The Pullman in France (referring to Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort), is a good hotel. The only downside is their discriminatory pool policy. Guests in standard rooms are not allowed to use the upper pool or the slide. This is a first for a hotel in Yalong Bay to treat guests staying in the same hotel differently. I hope they can come up with a better solution, otherwise, next time I'll be staying at the Marriott across the street.

The park shuttle is on-call, so you don't have to walk around the property. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the room service is incredibly attentive. The hotel facilities are comprehensive: the Lakeside Western Restaurant offers stunning views, and the breakfast buffet has a rich variety, including Chinese, Western, and local Hainanese snacks. There's also a public infinity pool, a gym, and a Thai SPA – you could easily spend all day at the hotel and not want to leave. Today, the staff provided gentle and thoughtful service, responding promptly and quickly addressing our needs. If you're looking for a quiet, private resort villa with its own pool, this is the place to book without hesitation! The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent; I had trouble choosing because there were so many good options. The photographer was great at guiding our poses, so we didn't feel awkward in front of the camera. The candid shots were natural and lively, no stiff posing required, and the original photos had great quality. The best part was the photo selection process – absolutely no hard selling or pressure to buy more photos. The communication was comfortable and stress-free. There were various packages to choose from across two projects, so you could pick what suited your needs and budget. The entire shoot yesterday was relaxed and unhurried, suitable for couples, families, or friends. Staying in a villa and getting a resort photoshoot done at the same time is convenient and produces great pictures. If you're on vacation and want to create lasting memories, go for it!

The room details were also well thought out, with a good separation of wet and dry areas and complete amenities. The front desk service was very attentive! Upon checkout, I experienced a hand care treatment. The therapist was professional and gentle, making the whole process very relaxing. Afterwards, my hands were noticeably softer and more delicate. Being able to pamper my hands during a vacation was a huge bonus. The hotel's dining was equally excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering delicious flavors befitting a five-star property. The Chinese restaurant served authentic and exquisite dishes. The hotel also provides shuttle services that cover the entire property. In terms of service, from luggage delivery to the room to proactively assisting with luggage upon departure, every detail made us feel warm and welcomed. Highly recommended for couples and families seeking privacy and comfort!
