Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

The room was clean, and we had a great view of the ocean as soon as we opened the door. The downstairs pool and breakfast were also good. The two 1.5-meter beds were enough for our family of four. Overall, the value for money was quite good. It was convenient to go out for meals and close to the sea. We even had a family photoshoot by the beach, which ended up costing 300 (presumably RMB).

The room was absolutely satisfying, and the butler service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanya. The breakfast restaurant has an aquarium which my child loved, and sitting at a table right by it put us in a great mood.

I stayed in the Lakeside Suite, which was clean, tidy, and very spacious – perfect for three adults! Next, I have to commend the butler, Cheng Cheng. She had an excellent attitude, was very thoughtful, and always looked out for us! Truly heartwarming. 🥰 The breakfast environment was also lovely. You could enjoy your meal while watching the fish, which really brightened my mood! The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious too! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel with excellent value for money!

The experience at Sanya Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received a delicious mini cake upon check-in. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. A special thank you to Chenchen, our butler from the Guest Relations department, for her thoughtful and prompt service; she handled all our requests perfectly. The public pool area was beautifully designed, and the garden landscaping was very pleasing to the eye. It had a wonderful holiday atmosphere and an excellent location. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya. Highly recommended!

The pool room offers easy access to the water with its own private pool. Dining and shopping options are all very close by, including chains like Starbucks and Heytea. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the street and walk through the FREE supermarket.

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are very spacious. There are also many facilities for children, making it perfect for family trips. It's also very close to the beach. Gina from guest services was wonderful and provided very prompt service. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel's location is perfect, right across from Yalong Bay Square and next to Baihua Night Market. It's incredibly convenient! The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. Gina from guest services was also incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!
