Nice hotel, I came to Sanya every time ~I live here,live in this hotel.nice sunshine,nice beaches,nice food.only if the boy who gives the chair on the beaches be more friendly and quiet, I t will be a perfect place!so give you an advice ,just fire the boy named Yangzai.

I'm quite satisfied with my stay. I booked my flight and hotel on the day of the Qingming Festival. I'd actually been looking at hotels for days, and on the booking day, this was the most suitable option when searching for queen-size sea view rooms under a thousand yuan. Xiaodonghai is very private overall; I later visited Dadonghai and found it too flashy. The hotel's public areas aren't large, but for a young person traveling alone, it was perfectly sufficient and convenient. The pool offers views of the mountains, sea, coconut trees, and green lawns. I was pretty much the only one swimming, which was a really awesome experience! You can even glimpse the sea from the bathtub in the room, and the showerhead had excellent water pressure, which I really liked. I hope to come back to Sanya during the peak season on a sunny day next time.

Stayed here over a year ago and loved it. Will be a repeat customer. They have so many activities and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms are always impeccable. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The views are lovely, and the hotel's massage service was great. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the driver was excellent. Our room opened right onto the pool, and a short walk led directly to the beach and ocean. They even prepared a cake for my early birthday celebration. It was a very satisfying trip!

This is the worst hotel in Sanya, absolutely trash! The service is terrible, the environment is awful! Anyone who stays here will regret it. I spent over 5,000 yuan, it felt like throwing money away! Do NOT book this hotel!

This place is incredibly run-down. Coupled with the Southeast Asian decor and the lack of people, it just gives off a really eerie vibe. It desperately needs a renovation! The location is actually great though, very convenient for those who enjoy catching seafood.

Just checked out! This hotel in Luhuitou was a real surprise. Perched halfway up the mountain, the views are absolutely incredible, offering a panoramic sunset over Sanya Bay. The room was spacious, and soaking in the bathtub on the balcony while looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing. The service was thoughtful, and they even welcomed us with a fruit platter. The only minor drawback is that you need a taxi to get in and out, but for these views, it's definitely worth it. I'll be back next time!

Yeah, it was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Highly recommend it. It's a scenic spot right at the edge of the city.

The room was decent, clean, and tidied promptly. The service was warm and welcoming. While the indoor facilities felt a bit dated, the outdoor environment was fantastic, featuring a small outdoor hot spring and a swimming pool. The beach was also excellent, with incredibly clear, 'jelly-like' water.

This used to be an Anantara, and it's different from the one in Xishuangbanna. The evening massage was done by a Thai person, and the two-hour relaxation session in the morning was incredibly supportive. The coral is beautiful, and I loved the sun and the grassy areas.

The hotel is large and very peaceful. The complimentary massage was also very comfortable. Compared to another much more expensive hotel, the service wasn't exceptionally warm but still decent. The only thing I couldn't stand was the mosquitoes at night; even a plug-in mosquito repellent didn't help at all. The Thai food was delicious.

To be honest, I was quite looking forward to staying here because it used to be an Anantara property. I've been to Hainan four or five times already, and I generally prefer the convenience of Dadonghai and Xiaodonghai, so I chose this hotel for my stay. Overall, after Anantara de-flagged, the hotel's maintenance and management really fell behind. We checked in at 5 PM that day, only to be told our room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff said he'd help expedite the cleaning, so we had to go stroll on the beach for half an hour before finally checking in. Once in the room, it was clear the facilities were outdated. Even though it had a Kohler toilet, it was a very old model from many years ago. The bathroom and toilet area were very old overall, and there was even a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Luckily, it's close to the city, so ordering takeout was convenient, and we just made it through the first night. On the second day, we opted for room cleaning and went out for lunch around 11 AM. When we returned to the hotel around 2 PM, the door lock wouldn't open. The front desk came to check and found that the lock was indeed problematic, completely out of battery, they said. They had to call engineering to open it, and after it was opened, it couldn't be closed again. Inside, we found the room hadn't been cleaned at all, and the toilet smell was extremely strong. We immediately contacted the front desk to request an early check-out that day and moved to a hotel in Haitang Bay. Sigh, the hotel seemed severely understaffed. It felt like the same front desk person was handling everything and apologizing from start to finish. As for breakfast, there were very few items, and even fewer servers. In the morning, a server even swept eggshells directly onto the floor. I thought she'd clean the floor afterward, but she didn't... I can only say, if you're looking for something cheap, you can stay here, but if you're planning a vacation, forget it. The only good things about this hotel are its convenient location and the decent view of Xiaodonghai; there's really not much else to praise.

It was fantastic stay. Far from crowds, noise and city centre with magnificent sunrise, clear water and sandy beach. No limits, less tourists on the beach. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and wanted to compare it to my experience four years ago. The hotel's exterior has barely changed over this period, now looking a bit worn. It's clear that there haven't been any renovations or updates to the facilities in years. However, it still maintains a comfortable atmosphere. On the other hand, you can also sense that hotel management is doing everything possible to cut costs, trimming anything they deem non-essential. The breakfast has become much simpler, with very, very, very limited variety and options. The food also has a distinctly "cheap" taste. Of course, you won't go hungry, and you'll always find one or two dishes you like, but it's certainly not the lavish buffet you'd expect from a high-end hotel anymore. Evidence of cost-cutting is also visible in the hotel's infrastructure and beach area. There aren't many sun loungers on the beach, and most of them are in need of repair. However, not everything is negative. The hotel staff are still incredibly hardworking and enthusiastic. Rooms are cleaned promptly, the bedding and towels are spotlessly white, and the front desk staff are very efficient. Overall, these are the most important aspects for any hotel. By international standards, this hotel genuinely deserves a 3-4 star rating. Regarding the hotel's location, I'd like to highlight Xiaodonghai Bay. It's picturesque with beautiful scenery, far from the perpetually bustling Dadonghai. For those seeking tranquility, it's an excellent choice, yet it's also close enough to Dadonghai that you can easily take a taxi to the vibrant resort areas.
