Sanya Phoenix Airport Hotel (Next to The Terminal)

Our flight arrived very late, but the hotel was incredibly close, so we didn't need a taxi; we could just walk. They even had late-night snacks, and a bowl of rice noodles really hit the spot and warmed me up. The king-size bed was huge, perfect for a family of three. Our window overlooked the airport runway, but the soundproofing was excellent.

Extremely disappointed with this stay. The room reeked of a strong musty smell as soon as I opened the door. While Hainan's climate is humid, the dehumidification in the room was clearly inadequate. I couldn't sleep well all night, constantly smelling the mold. The front desk staff had poor service awareness and a perfunctory attitude during communication, showing no initiative in resolving issues. The only positive was its proximity to the airport; everything else was subpar. I won't be returning.

The room was very spacious, clean, and most importantly, super close to the airport, just a few minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. It's perfect for anyone with early morning or late night flights. I'll definitely be staying here again on my return trip.

It's just close by, on the second floor of the food court. It's a bit messy and pretty average. It was convenient for an overnight stay after a late red-eye flight. They even had Hainanese-style Yee Mee for a late-night snack, which was perfect for recharging.

Arrived on a red-eye flight and just wanted the closest hotel to crash at. For an airport hotel, this one is surprisingly good, they even have butler service! They contacted me in advance to understand my needs, and their attitude was excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk from the airport, a comfortable distance for anyone. I arrived at 2 AM, and the hotel offered noodles and other food, which was really thoughtful and comforting. The room was clean, the toiletries were nice, and the welcome fruit was fresh. The beds in the twin room were large, and the duvet was soft. Highly recommend it for an overnight stay; the value for money is definitely good!

This trip, I stayed at a luxury hotel in Yalong Bay and a popular 'influencer' hotel in Sanya Bay, but only the airport hotel staff were truly responsive and accommodating to all requests. They even had all the kids' amenities prepared in advance. I've been to Sanya five times, and this was the first time I stayed at an airport hotel for an early morning flight. It really has very distinct pros and cons. On the plus side, it's close to the high-speed rail station, and you can take the tourist train to Nanshan Scenic Area, which is super convenient. It's a shame the train journey is so short; I felt it ended too soon. On the downside, the noise wasn't too bad, but the cleanliness was truly appalling. There were stains on the floor and walls, and the pillow my child slept on had a distinct smell of urine. We had to call someone late at night to get it changed. Luckily, our family is quite easygoing; a more demanding family would definitely have complained.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. It comes with a dryer, washing machine, and a gym, all meeting five-star standards. The only downside is a musty smell coming from the air conditioning.

Unexpectedly quiet, I slept in until I woke up naturally. Opening the window, I could even see planes taking off and landing, which was an absolute delight for the kids! A perfect start to our trip!

Absolutely amazing! Before I even landed, someone contacted me to guide me through the check-in process. The hotel even thoughtfully upgraded my room and provided breakfast due to potential construction work. It was fantastic! They also delivered a fruit platter.
