Overall I was a bit disappointed. For the price you pay I would've expected a much better room, and more clean. The bathroom was very small and bad. I didn't like that the description includes gym and pool, but they both don't exist. The person who manages the check-in has been very nice and helpful, but I had to wait for almost 1 hour at the reception with no answer on phone or WeChat. Two good things are the location: you can't ask for a better one, and the bed, it was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was working well (even if a bit noisy). This apartment is truly fantastic! The location is super convenient, with shops and amenities nearby, plus it's close to the beach. Most importantly, it offers great value for money. It made my business trip extremely satisfying. Highly recommend!

The only redeeming quality of this place is its excellent location. Downstairs, you'll find a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, and the beach is just a few hundred meters away. However, the building itself is over a decade old and quite dated. The main entrance is restricted to residents, forcing others to use the parking lot entrance, which is inconvenient and a bit of a detour. The basement parking on B1 was an absolute dump, reeking terribly and overflowing with discarded furniture. Parking on the second and third floors was an option, but finding a spot was a nightmare as most were private. The parking fee was 15 RMB for 24 hours, but they charged extra for re-entry, which felt like a total rip-off. Adding to the frustration, the signage was incredibly poor, leading to a lot of wasted time driving around trying to find my way. The room itself was quite old with many broken fixtures. Several door locks were faulty and couldn't be properly secured. Even the main security door was tricky to close, requiring a specific knack. There was no hot water from any of the faucets; you could only get it from the showerhead. To get even slightly hot water for a shower, the water heater often needed to be turned off and on again, and I had to ignite the boiler multiple times just to take a shower – it was incredibly frustrating and utterly bizarre! 😱 On top of that, several power outlets were problematic; devices would charge intermittently, or the charger wouldn't stay plugged in securely, meaning my phone didn't charge at all overnight. To top it all off, there were no tissues or complimentary bottled water in the room. Thankfully, I had brought my own.

The room was tiny and not very clean. The toilet paper ran out, and we reported it around 1 PM, but they didn't bring any until 10 PM, so we had to buy our own. Plus, there was no drinking water in the room.

We booked three rooms, all with spacious beds. It was perfect for our large family to stay together. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it's the off-season. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The washing machine and refrigerator in the room were a big plus and very convenient.

Decided to visit Sanya spontaneously and chose Dadonghai. I'd read online that it had good transport links, which turned out to be true. I just booked a room for around 100 and it even came with a sea view – excellent value for money! The room was clean.

If you are looking for the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and spectacular views, then this is the place to be. Location: Dadonghai district is beautiful in itself, but this apartment surpasses all expectations due to its location right by the sea. Getting out of the building and onto the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is always at hand. View from the 29th floor: That's what it's worth going for! The windows offer an incredible panoramic view of the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, the endless beach and picturesque mountains. Every sunrise and sunset turned into a real performance, and the night city, strewn with lights, created an incredible atmosphere. The height of the 29th floor ensures that nothing obstructs the view, and the feeling of spaciousness is amazing. The apartments themselves: The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. It was especially convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.

It was very nice stay, wide spacious balcony, great view and location, towels and beddings veey clean, , can use kitchen, would recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the trip. It largely met my needs, and swimming in the sea was incredibly convenient.

The three large beds were very spacious and ideal for our family. It was such a relief to have a washing machine, saving us a lot of hassle and time; otherwise, laundry alone would have taken half a day. The spacious balcony was also very convenient for drying clothes. While the living room felt a bit compact, it still offered great value for money.

Wonderful stay with amazing 180 views of the ocean. We will definitely book next time we’re in Sanya.
