Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The amenities and service are top-notch, and the butler was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Its beachfront location is excellent, and there are two large pools to suit different preferences. Plus, the duty-free shop is right next door, with a convenient internal pathway leading to it. While blowing my hair dry in the bathroom, I noticed the hairdryer was fixed to the wall. This might be due to past incidents of loss or damage. For guests with short hair, it might not be an issue, but for those with long hair, the space behind the bathroom door felt a bit cramped and awkward. If the hairdryer absolutely needs to be fixed in place, I suggest moving it to the vanity area in the middle, where there's more space and convenience. Everything else was fantastic. The executive lounge was also great, with beautiful mood lighting, and I even caught the sunset 🌅. The family room had an amazing view, and the room itself was very large and spacious. I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back again! 😊

The InterContinental was incredibly quiet. The room wasn't just clean; the cross-breeze from the balcony and the sea kept it from feeling damp. The butler service was very attentive, and the kids loved diving and feeding turtles at the hotel. The coconut chicken hotpot was especially authentic, and the seafood was super meaty. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit old, but overall, the facilities and environment are well-maintained, and I found the quality to be quite good. Winnie provided prompt and excellent service with great efficiency. My room basically overlooked the central lawn. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but it doesn't take long for an evening stroll. The lawn is very well-kept, and the beach isn't crowded, so the environment is quite pleasant. Although the wind can be a bit strong in Haitang Bay, it's quite comfortable. The hotel has a private pathway to the duty-free shop, which is very convenient; you can reach Gate 5 of the duty-free city in under ten minutes. On the first day, I stayed on the 12th floor, which largely shielded the view of the new construction site. On the second day, I moved to the 9th floor, which was more central and offered an even better view.

Our stay was great! Lucas provided attentive and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. We booked a sea-view room, and the scenery was beautiful. The room layout was spacious and elegant. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the room was still very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and room service was prompt. My family was very satisfied. The hotel design is good, the environment is nice, and the facilities are comprehensive, giving a strong vacation vibe. The private beach was quiet and clean. The hotel's location is excellent, with a dedicated walkway to the duty-free city, which makes shopping very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was decent. Any issues that arose during our stay were quickly resolved by the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

They helped with our luggage, both carrying it to and from our room, and check-in was quite fast. They also cleaned our room promptly. We were even upgraded to a sea-view room, which we really appreciated. Our child had a fantastic time and is already looking forward to coming back. ❤️❤️❤️

This was a truly delightful stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, with excellent amenities all around. You can easily walk to the duty-free shop. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the three-bedroom villa was incredibly spacious. The pool was also heated, which was a nice touch.
