The room was clean and tidy. There are hot water kettles, tea kettles, refrigerators, a washing machine on the balcony, and a swing, which is pretty good. The store staff were all very nice, and the social workers were ecstatic. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. They are all within walking distance, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

In Yazhou Science and Technology City, it is more than 50 kilometers away from the center of Sanya. The internal environment of the community is very good. There are some small restaurants and supermarkets at the entrance of the community. You can drive by yourself, but other modes of transportation are not recommended. The house is relatively new, but the cleaning is really bad. There are clumps of hair, bugs, and dust in the corners. I asked the customer service to use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dust, but the person who came to clean said they didn't have a vacuum cleaner. There were no paper towels in the living room and there were little cockroaches in the kitchen at night. A good house is completely ruined by hygiene.

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities in the room are very friendly to the elderly. There is a swimming pool downstairs and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony during the day. The environment is also good, and the underground parking space is even better.
