The hotel is clean and the environment is great. The head housekeeper is very kind and provides excellent service. The hotel is located in Sanya Bay, which is a good location.

This hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The facilities are excellent, and the location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to front desk staff member #15. They made the check-in and check-out process very efficient, and their service was warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We booked a 'sea view activity room' for two nights at 399 RMB, which was incredibly good value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, right by Haiyue Square, with the beach just across the road. There are plenty of food options nearby, a large supermarket next door, and it's also close to the First Market. Getting to the airport by Didi (ride-hailing app) only cost us 20 RMB. As for the hotel environment and amenities, they were top-notch. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and airy, offering direct sea views. The air conditioning was super powerful, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I had a fantastic time, and I'll definitely stay at the Herton again when I come back to Sanya!

This hotel offers great value for money, with a prime location right across the road from Sanya Bay Beach and Coconut Dream Corridor. From the hotel's rooftop, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Sanya Bay Beach – the video below was even shot from there! The hotel has excellent facilities, a pleasant environment, and fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I always stay at this hotel. I arrived in the middle of the night and they upgraded my room, which was quiet and clean – I really appreciate that. The room has a smart toilet, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. It's also just 50 meters from the beach.

The snack street is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The service was also top-notch; young lady #12 and the cleaning lady #26 were both wonderful. Thank you for your dedicated service! The hotel's environment itself is also outstanding, with a novel, unique, and elegant design style. It's clean and tidy, and the lobby even offers tea service, which is a really nice touch.
