We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and the beautiful, green, and well-maintained hotel grounds. The beach is just a short walk away, and there’s also a market and a large supermarket about 1.5 km from the hotel where you can buy everything you need.
Special thanks to the manager, Doris, who was always available and responded promptly to any question or request.
The hotel also offers the opportunity to have a photo session — these incredible pictures will warm our hearts until our next visit. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and also near shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast could have had more variety, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

這次來三亞亞龍灣，選星華套房假日酒店真是選對了，剛到酒店就覺得特別舒服，工作人員很熱情，幫着拿行李、辦入住，一點不拖沓。尤其要誇Vincent，我辦入住時問了好多問題——比如附近哪家海鮮排檔不坑人、泳池開放到幾點，他都講得特別細，還主動給我畫了個小路線圖，説步行去海灘怎麼走最快，感覺比自己做的攻略還實用，特別周到。房間也超出預期，八十多平的套房，客廳和卧室分開，陽台還能看到點綠植，早上起來曬曬太陽特別舒服。裏面有小廚房，簡單弄點吃的很方便。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗澡不會弄得到處是水，住着很清爽。酒店裡的設施也夠逛，無邊泳池顏值高，水特別乾淨，下午在池邊躺椅上吹吹風，看着遠處的樹影，感覺所有煩心事都沒了。早餐在嗨碗餐廳吃的，海南粉、清補涼都有，還有現煎的蛋和培根，種類多還新鮮。出門步行五六分鐘就是亞龍灣的沙灘，沙子細得踩上去軟軟的，晚上吃完飯去散散步特別愜意。周邊也有不少小館子，想吃點當地菜或者海鮮都很方便。下次再來三亞，肯定還住這兒！要是還能碰到Vincent，一定要再跟他説聲謝謝，這趟旅行的好心情，有一半是這酒店和他的服務給的～

我們定了三張床的套房，前台給免費升級了海景房。酒店服務特別好，一進酒店就有小服務人員前來歡迎，幫忙開車門提行李。我們入住的幾天天氣特別好，打開窗外面就是大海的蔚藍，植物的葱綠，窗外美得像一幅畫。酒店公區和價格略高的華邑共用，華邑的小童遊樂設施均可憑假日房卡使用。和華邑算是一家但是風格不同的兩個酒店。親子出遊假日是非常不錯的選擇。酒店隔着一條馬路就是海，陽光好的時候海特別藍。同時酒店離擁有私人海灘的美高梅，瑞吉，萬豪那些距離也是很近的。吃飯的話它離博鰲夜市，亞龍灣夜市都特別近。

房間很大適合家庭出行，乾淨温馨，早餐品種豐富也很好吃。性價比很高，所以入住的人很多，假期辦理入住需要等待一些時間。和華邑共用設施，距離也不遠。但是離海灘有一些距離，少了些度假感、但整體還不錯了。入住的時候正好是颱風天，也算獨特的體驗了。

首先要好評Sasa，非常貼心和熱情的女孩子，全程服務響應很快！開始房間出了點小插曲，但是也很快幫我協調處理好，因為帶小孩收拾行李等等就會比較費時間，還幫我們延遲了退房時間，溝通非常高效和順利！還給小朋友準備了小蛋糕，入住期間遇上台風，還貼心給我們準備了水果甜點，反正是個非常熱情可愛的女孩子！
其次是酒店，住的套房空間很大很敞亮，外面陽台很適合坐着喝喝小酒，打掃衞生的阿姨打掃得很乾凈，人也很好，響應速度也是非常快。親子活動和泳池那些是和華邑共享的，很豐富，每天都不愁孩子玩什麼，孩子還特別開心。那邊之前也住過，如果正值那邊房源緊張又想感受這些親子活動，泳池什麼的，這邊是超級棒的選擇，而且價格還很便宜。這次偶遇颱風，也正好看到了酒店處理應對的專業性和及時性，安全感很足的。
還要好評禮賓部，精氣神特別好，在三亞入住的所有酒店裡，配套或許不是最好的，但我覺得是最有精氣神的禮賓部，每個人收拾得很乾凈很乾練。入住當天給我們送行李那個像剛畢業的弟弟，和後面換房間的那個外國小哥，在給我們送行李整個過程很專業舉止很得體，特別是前面那個弟弟，走之前還很禮貌的對我們説，希望我們旅途愉快，玩得開心，這些細節都非常增加入住體驗！
不過不足的就是可能房間陽台有花壇的原因，房間和床上會有小螞蟻，Sasa和客房部也幫忙積極處理了，但是對於過敏體質的人，那幾天確實挺遭罪。希望下次去的時候，能改進不少。
還有這幾天在酒店餐廳就餐的時候，除開排隊那次有人帶着直接入座了乾淨的餐桌，其他錯峯去的時候，真的找個乾淨的桌子太難了，空的很多，但是都沒收拾，隨機找到了餐廳的外國員工，但是處理問題的態度不好，全程很冷漠的説聽不懂，就算沒聽懂也可以找人協助嘛，反而需要等我反應過來説英語她才開始行動，萬一是不會英語的長者呢，就這樣冷漠的看着對方嗎。
不過整體還是很不錯的。

離海邊走一段路程，這次去看到好多俄羅斯人，外國人一住就好幾個月，這個太讓人羨慕了，這次入住趕上台風，陰雨綿綿天氣，如果靠山的房間可能會潮濕，不過房間內有除濕機，非常貼心的安排，趕上家人過生日，管家貼心的安排了蛋糕和房間佈置，體驗感很不錯。
