The front desk service was great as there are buggy service to the main road, night market nearby with many bars/dining places, recommendations on things to do in sanya and free coffee and beer from the cafe downstairs. It was nice that we were able to order food delivery from ******* and food to be served in room from the cafe nearby as well.
前台的服务特别好，可以约车到马路边，附近有很多吃喝玩乐，前台的小姐姐还会推荐三亚的活动，楼下的咖啡厅也可以取免费的咖啡和啤酒。最棒的是能美团到房间。

Personally I wouldn't stay at this hotel. Booked for 4 nights but stayed 1 night! Not ideal for a young couple, especially the surroundings. Nice seafood restaurants though.

The service is very good. The luggage is taken upstairs for us. The hotel is clean and tidy! ! Any needs are responded to immediately! ! There was a small problem before check-in, and the boss actively communicated without any impatience. Later, he upgraded our room type! ! The view from the window is also beautiful! !
