This guesthouse has an excellent location. The parking lot right next door is incredibly convenient, and it's just a two-minute walk to the food street. It's also very close to the surfing beach. The rooftop terrace is handy for drying clothes and perfect for enjoying the scenery in the morning and evening. The room is small but well-equipped. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the butler was a great guy who recommended an excellent surfing spot.

Service was amazing with connections to local activities. Location is impeccable being 5 minutes walking distance from the food street, wuzhizhou habour, pier and the beach! close to the local supermarket as well. The hotel staff is able to answer inquires and is proactive is helping to make arrangements. Loved my stay!

Clean and hygienic, with a washing machine which is very convenient. There are many food options right outside, and it's super close to the beach, just a one or two-minute walk. Plus, there's an adorable little dog! The only downside is that the water activities are quite expensive.

I booked a 2-bedroom suite, but it wasn't in the same hotel building. I had to walk over 200 meters to get to it. It was basically a ground-floor apartment in a residential building with no lights. It was cluttered, messy, and had a strange smell. I even had to use my phone flashlight to get in! The room was very clean and tidy, perfectly meeting my expectations, and offered great value for money. There's an elevator in the building, so climbing to the third floor with luggage wasn't an issue. On the fourth floor, there's a large terrace where you can dry clothes and enjoy distant views. The location is also excellent; it's right outside the village, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. It's close to both the beach and the Wuzhizhou Island ferry terminal. Wow, this homestay experience was absolutely amazing! It's right next to Wuzhizhou Island and Houhai, which saved me a lot on transportation costs to tourist spots. Coming to Sanya, this stay at the Houhai guesthouse was such a pleasant surprise!
