The room was great, and the location was absolutely perfect! Right downstairs, you step directly onto the beach. It gets really lively at night with lots of bars, all with different vibes and competing for attention. The Domino bar, right where the hotel meets the beach, was excellent for quietly enjoying music – highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! My mom and her friends stayed here and loved the excellent service. The best part is its proximity to the scenic area – just a short walk to all the lively spots. The sea view room was definitely worth it!

The hygiene was subpar. There were bugs on the towels, good thing I brought my own. The bedsheets had yellow stains and clearly weren't cleaned properly. There was also sand on the duvet, making me wonder if they even changed the cover. The window didn't seal properly, so it was quite noisy at night. The bathtub didn't have a plug, but I wasn't planning on using it anyway, so I didn't bother asking. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place for the price.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location near the beach is a big plus, and the sea view through the large glass windows was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the booking pictures, which was really reassuring. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a late check-in around midnight, and even though the staff member’s shift was over, he waited for me, guided me to the nearby public parking, and helped me find the hotel easily. That level of service really stood out. They also went the extra mile by couriering an item I had forgotten after checkout. Truly appreciate the hospitality—would definitely recommend!

Traveling with my parents, we were heading to the Sea Goddess of Mercy the next day, so we needed a place close to Nanshan Cultural Tourist Zone but also wanted to spend some time in Tianya Town. After a long search, I found this great value-for-money family room. The beach is right downstairs, and there's live music in the evenings, which was really nice. Just a heads-up, the beach live music goes until 10:30 PM, so if you're sensitive to noise, it might not be the best fit. Overall, I really liked it. The guesthouse front desk was very thoughtful about replenishing water bottles and storing our luggage.

The room was a complete mess, and the hygiene was awful. The toilet wasn't even cleaned. We were moved to an annex building, which was tiny, with unfinished paint everywhere. The bathroom had a terrible stench. The bedsheets and duvet covers were damp, and I woke up with an itchy body and uncomfortable breathing. The whole experience was extremely bad. They even tried to get me to pay offline for a discount, which I refused. Friends visiting Sanya, you absolutely must avoid this place! It said there was a pool, but it turned out to be a private pool for specific rooms. What a bait and switch!

It was beautiful. The view was amazing. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect with the beach right outside the hotel. My daughter liked it so much that we came back there to stay later in the week to stay again. Great night life. It was a bit loud into the night but nothing the hotel can do about that.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Better than I thought it would be from the photos! So gorgeous and so close to the beach! I’m already planning my next visit! Definitely choose a room with a sea view. It’s well worth it. On top of the stunning views, the rooms were clean, complementary drinks were provided in the fridge, and even a free beach photo shoot was included!! The town itself is amazing! Spend your days walking through the pedestrian streets, shopping, eating, taking beautiful photos in all the stunning sea view cafes, and more! Then go down to the beach for some beach activities! Finish the day lighting fireworks, watching fire shows, having drinks, or dancing with the live music!

The service was excellent; the front desk even helped with our luggage. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise, even better than facilities I've seen in five-star hotels. The beach is right downstairs, and dining options are very convenient. Highly recommend!

The beachfront view is absolutely stunning! I loved watching the sunrise and sunset from my room, and being able to listen to music and watch fireworks with the ocean right in front of me was incredible. My only minor complaint is the air conditioning unit and a large mirror on the balcony. The mirror really reflects the sun intensely. I hope they can improve that. Otherwise, everything was perfect and worth the stay. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic, just a few kilometers from the airport, with plenty of attractions nearby. The seaside town is also beautiful, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. It's a quiet spot despite being central, so sleeping was peaceful.

Facing the sea and right in the heart of Tianya Town. Parking is outside, which made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient, so I'd recommend packing light. The front desk service was really good though, and there are lots of great breakfast options nearby. The area has a very lively, local feel.
