The Junlan brand definitely delivers on service quality. The front desk upgraded me to a sea view room, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel's location made it easy to get to the city center and attractions. My only minor complaint is that the hotel is a bit older, so the facilities aren't brand new, but that seems to be a common issue with many hotels in Sanya right now.

The room was great, and the sea view was lovely. However, it's a bit inconvenient that there's no phone holder in the bathroom, especially since everyone brings their phone to the toilet nowadays. The hotel is very close to the beach, and the nearby restaurants are good too. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

I've stayed here many times, and this hotel is truly fantastic! The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler is always ready to assist with anything you need. Most importantly, the hotel is super close to the sea – just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Watching the sunset and listening to the waves is simply therapeutic! Transportation is also convenient; it's easy to get to the city center and attractions, and taxis are quick to arrive. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable seaside getaway, this is definitely the top choice!

The room was fully equipped; though a bit old-fashioned, it was very clean. The sea view was incredible, and the hotel service was excellent. We even had a dedicated butler who brought us fruit, and we were able to extend our stay in the same room!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and comprehensive facilities. The outdoor pool is clean and lovely, well-managed, and the service is attentive. Located right by the sea, it's very convenient for swimming. The hotel breakfast is absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 Even staying for three consecutive days, we experienced different dishes each morning – kudos to the hotel chef! 👍🏻👍🏻 All aspects of the hotel service were very thoughtful, and the afternoon tea snacks were delicious too. Overall, we were extremely satisfied, five-star rating!

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Sanya, offering the best value for money. They provide excellent service and uphold the right values, definitely five stars. I booked two rooms and they upgraded them to a suite, which I was incredibly happy about. The service was superb; someone even came to help me with a washing machine issue in the evening. They also allowed me to check out late, at 2 PM. It was far better than the Howard Johnson Resort Sanya Bay I stayed at the night before. It's also very close to the beach, where you can find jet ski rentals.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and relatively quiet. The balcony offered expansive views, which was truly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has three swimming pools, a gym, and a children's play area. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. You can even watch the sunrise from your balcony in the morning. A short walk across the road from the hotel's back exit leads you to the beach, perfect for a relaxing stroll and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening.

I highly recommend Sanya Guest House! Our first two nights in the Sunshine Suite were absolutely perfect! When we checked in, the young lady at the front desk, wearing glasses, was incredibly thoughtful. Hearing that we were sensitive to airplane noise but also loved watching the sunrise, she upgraded us to a sea-view room free of charge – what a wonderful surprise! The balcony of the sea-view room offered an absolutely stunning vista, with the entire beauty of Sanya Bay laid out before us. Dong Island and West Island were also clearly visible, and watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning was truly therapeutic. The hotel also thoughtfully provided complimentary afternoon coffee for two and some bubblegum, showing their meticulous attention to detail. We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Next time I'm in Sanya, I'll definitely choose this place again!

Upon arriving in Sanya, we checked into this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is excellent, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is abundant. It's also close to the beach, and they even upgraded us to a super sea-view room for free!

I spent a few days here with a friend and we did really enjoy our stay here. The service in this hotel was excellent ! Everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast offered a large range of food and we did enjoy it. Some evenings, they organised buffets with live music (you need to pay extra for it). I’ll come back for sure in the future ! ☺️

2nd time staying at this hotel and it's perfect. However, you cannot have such a huge hotel accommodating hundreds of people and less than 15 pool chairs/beds. I found that to be ridiculous as the pool is so beautiful and inviting but could never be able to sit there and relax. Please look into this. Otherwise I really love the hotel

A pefect holiday for people who have kids and want to find everything in one place.

This resort was the perfect place to go as a solo female traveler. It was very safe and all the workers at the pool were extremely friendly and welcoming. It seems like I have made some great friends in such a little time and I will most definitely come back. They even brought me coconuts! I’m already planning my next day at this resort. I stayed in both a big double bedroom as well as the mini room and I recommend both as a solo traveler. The mini room is all you need for one person; however, if you are looking for a more luxurious room, definitely go with the standard room size. The views are incredible.

Booked this hotel because I had an early flight clean room, very easy to get to airport. If you are going to rest, be careful with the planes noise in the rooms facing the airport runway
