The hotel has an unbeatable location right by the seaside in the Dadonghai business district, with very convenient transportation for getting around. Staff across all departments were warm and welcoming, and the front desk agents always had a smile on their faces, which felt very heartwarming. I especially want to mention how well they took care of me. The breakfast offered a delicate and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western options. The room is fully equipped with complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and high-end toiletries, making for an exceptional stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the swimming pool is clean and comfortable, and the gym and laundry room are freely accessible. There is also a Doctor Fish spa, and you can book a direct shuttle to Haitang Bay. With its fresh air, it's a wonderful place to spend a vacation and relax.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. I was even lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and any issues were addressed promptly. The facilities are complete, the overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and it offers great value for money. There are many Russian guests at the hotel; seeing them relaxing on the loungers and soaking up the sun was so cozy. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Sanya. It's very convenient for visiting the First Market and night markets. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel is very easy to locate, directly accessible by taxi from a short distance away, and surrounded by great dining options. Dadonghai is packed with eateries and a lively night market. The receptionist was exceptionally warm and welcoming, thoughtfully offering us complimentary bottled water. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress offered just the right balance of support and softness, ensuring a sound and peaceful sleep through the night with great soundproofing—we weren't disturbed at all. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for both family trips and getaways with friends. Ordering food delivery is very convenient, as items are brought up by delivery robots. The hotel also features clean amenities including a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. The fish spa was super relaxing for the feet! There is a complimentary shuttle service to the Dadonghai beach, taking just a few minutes to get there, which is extremely convenient. The hotel also serves a dinner buffet; if you don't feel like ordering delivery, you can dine right at the hotel—it's delicious, reasonably priced, and offers great value. Highly recommended to everyone!

Staying at this hotel felt like incredible value for money. The check-in process was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Robert, deserves a big thumbs up. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding shopping malls and attractions, as well as the operating hours for the hotel pool, gym, and restaurant. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure.

I honestly think this hotel is absolutely top-tier when it comes to service! No exaggeration! The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were super enthusiastic and efficient. My check-in experience was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The fish spa was absolutely amazing!! The fish were all so active and worked wonders! Plus, you get to see a lot of Russians, hahaha, and they're all quite handsome. Actually, Chinese guests make up a minority at this hotel.
