Nice place to stay. 5 minutes to the beach. Close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Squat toilets are in the rooms without balconies, which I discovered when I moved from the balcony room. The shower and bed are also much lower quality for not much or a price difference, so I recommend the balcony room. The bathroom, bedding, kettle were all clean. The balcony furniture in good repair. Nice smelling toiletries. The owner was a sweet lady. I would definitely stay again. :)

The pics in trip.com are retouched or made when the apartment was new. Walls full of stains, old and bad furniture, with cigarettes burns everywhere. Strong smell of tobacco. The bathroom is a toilet, sink and shower, all in one, terrible, terrible, terrible. The mattress was very used and very thin. We could not stay, after 10 minutes inside we left to another hotel. Worse than a student dorm. Do not waste your money as we did. Don’t trust the pictures or the positive reviews.

Location is good, room is fine with a nice balcony looking out over the sea. At first we didn't have hot water, and the room isn't thoroughly cleaned. Annoying thing is the elevator in the building where you literally have to wait for half an hour since it stops constantly on each of the 33 floors. Medium price and medium quality I'd say, but fine if you look for a nice view and wanna be close to the beach.
