Rosewood Sanya

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We arrived early and got early check in, which is nice and special preparation for birthday celebration etc. however staff and management of this hotel are very under trained. First of all, luggage was mixed up and sent someone else’s to our room. That first night they hosted in their pitch some company’s event which is fairly noisy and even heard karaoke singing throughout the night. When we try to complain, staff only replied systematic replies, said no notification for such events and later confirm that there is (after a few complaints). They also refer me by “laws” the people from that company can do as they want till 9pm. This is very unbearably for 5 stars hotel standard like rosewood. The next morning, similar things happened. Yoga class at 8am blasting music at the same pitch. Overall it’s a very nice hotel but service is not up to standard at all. 硬件很好，可惜其他地方对不起瑰丽这个品牌。草坪租出去公司活动，一整晚在唱ktv。服务生机械式回话，完全不是五星级的水平。 如果需要，我可以提供几个视频给参考。

The weather was not that good, but the swimming pool temperature was very comfortable. The morning yoga was a great experience and the staff around the hotel are very nice. We also had the photo shooting which we found as a great benefit for long lasting memories. We meet Joanna from the Sales department in the lobby and she was very nice to answer all our questions and give us great recommendations. Overall its a great hotel, not far from CDF duty free with comfortable bed and and specious rooms.

It was a lovely stay at the Rosewood hotel. The view of the pool was absolutely stunning. The food was very nice and had a lot of variety. I enjoyed staying here.

Joe delivered exceptional service with a warm greeting at check in area, she also showed around the property and breakfast time and introduction to their facilities , at the end she also got me a gift as a surprise , thanks Kitty , highly recommended Joe

Rosewood Sanya was life changing! I’m familiar with Rosewood Guangzhou so I had high expectations and Rosewood Sanya exceeded those expectations! I was happy to receive the free gifts from Trip.com and Rosewood Sanya which included a free room upgrade, free daily minibar and snacks, 5 photos for 1 hour in the hotel, tropical seasonal fresh fruit and sweet Wenchang young coconut, morning yoga class, daily themed children’s class experience and cdf Hainan VIP 85-95% discount! The staff was incredible! Santos made sure I was well taken care of and also gave me a beautiful tour of the hotel! He was very patient! The hotel photographer was very professional and helped me with a lot of my model poses. The pictures came out so great that I bought 15 additional photos! The hotel is extremely beautiful and the beach view along with the infinity pool made the stay perfect! The pancakes, waffles and salmon were extremely delicious! Dinner at Chophouse was perfect and the atmosphere is rich! I can’t wait to return!

Great service and environment! The Sensa spa was superb. Highly recommended.

There is a cockroach but the hotel didn’t respond to this and even denied about the fact.

Actually I was trying to cancel the booking 3days before our trip, just because the beach in Haitang bay is not appropriate to swim (too dangerous). However by lucky they “refused” my cancel application while upgraded my order to the 180 angle ocean view room! This finally gave us a chance to experience a tremendous journey at Rosewood. Fantastic view, great facilities, wonderful services (reception, concierge, bartender, restaurant waitress, housekeepers etc). We really enjoyed everything during our stay, esp the celebration of our 9th anniversary! See you around Rosewood Sanya.

It is my fist time to have a good trip and try at this rosewood hotel in Haitang Bay Sanya city with warm service and friendly atmosphere. recommend it to you all .
