1. The room was dirty and unhygienic, and the decoration was too old. It felt like no one had lived there for a long time. The seats on the balcony were covered with dust. 2. It is totally different from the photos on Ctrip. 3. The 2022 renovation written above is not true at all. It is estimated that the renovation in 2012 is similar. 4. The bathroom door is broken and can't be closed properly The air conditioner in one of the rooms and the living room stopped working in the morning. It was so hot that I couldn't speak. I checked out right away. 5. The most abominable thing is that the air conditioner in the room we booked the day before check-in was broken. The boss didn't tell us when we placed the order. When we arrived with the elderly and children at around 11pm, the person who took us to check in directly said that the air conditioner in the hotel we booked had been broken for two days. We went to several buildings to change rooms but none of them were clean. Because it was the middle of the night and there were elderly and children, we only wanted to stay for one night. This was the worst stay in Sanya. It was speechless... I wonder if the good reviews for this kind of rubbish hotel are bought?

The staff is very enthusiastic, and explained the surrounding tour routes carefully for us, hahaha, thank you very much, the room has everything, the facilities are very complete, and the family members are very satisfied.

The decoration style of the room is good, stylish, clean and hygienic, especially the bed is very comfortable for sleeping, and the surrounding supporting facilities are also very complete. It is a very comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, you can go to the beach in a few minutes, the staff has a great attitude and even upgraded the room type. The house is fully equipped and the stay experience is great!

被小區的熱帶風情吸引住了，高大的棕櫚樹和湛藍的泳池彷彿讓我瞬間到了馬爾代夫☀️。房間的設計也很用心，寬敞明亮又不失温馨，尤其是牆上的藝術畫作，給整個空間增添了幾分雅緻🎨。床品特別柔軟，躺下的那一刻就覺得所有的疲憊都被驅散了💤。酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務也很貼心💬，真的是一次超棒的體驗！😄👏

這次入住真是超舒服！裝修是現代風，簡約又不失格調，房間裏每個細節都讓人覺得特別放鬆。服務方面也是沒得挑，工作人員特別親切友好，還很貼心地推薦了附近的小眾餐廳。
