Wonderland Inn, Sanya

The room was great, very quiet and peaceful. The bedding was super comfortable and dry. A small section of the shower floor was heated, which was a nice touch. The turndown service was very thoughtful. From a personal perspective, I think the tatami area in the room could use a tissue box and a small trash can. The small courtyard felt incredibly comfortable; I could have happily stayed there all day without leaving. There's a little cluster of adorable reishi mushrooms by the tearoom in the courtyard. 'Adorable' also perfectly describes the vibe of this B&B; every flower, tree, and blade of grass here is meticulously cared for. I even saw a little black cat when I first arrived. Coming back from an evening out, I spotted some bunnies, though I didn't see the black and white one – I heard it comes out when it's cooler in the evenings. One very important thing is that all the staff seemed happy and energetic, even those on night duty. This is something I value greatly when staying at a hotel; the staff and the hotel are one, and they are the most crucial part. If a B&B or hotel only has good facilities but tired and unenthusiastic staff, it significantly detracts from the overall experience. I will definitely be back and will bring my family and friends.

The B&B has a tranquil, rainforest-like atmosphere. You open the window to lush greenery everywhere. The pool is clean and inviting, perfect for photos. Breakfast is abundant, with fresh fruit and Hainan specialty dishes that are all delicious. The butler service is warm and attentive. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. I'll definitely be back!

The hygiene, environment, ambiance, and service were all super, super, super satisfying!!! The butler, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly thoughtful and met every single request. You could truly just chill and relax at the hotel all day long! It's also close to the night market, so everything is convenient, and there's even an outlet mall nearby to browse. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation in Sanya from now on! 💕

I've stayed in Sanya Bay, Haitang Bay, and Yalong Bay during my trips to Sanya, and this homestay was by far my favorite. It has a simple Japanese-style decor, and they offer welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and even a goodnight milk tea and snacks. Everything was great, except for the breakfast which had limited options and wasn't very tasty.

Absolutely loved this guesthouse! The decor is super chic and has that Wabi-sabi vibe. The service was fantastic too. My kids had a blast in the pool, and we just completely relaxed and did nothing – pure bliss. It's truly a great place to unwind. We even had breakfast in our suite, right out on the balcony, which was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming; everyone here seems really kind. There's a night market in the evenings too, which was fun to stroll through. Highly recommend! 👍

Absolutely loved this guesthouse! It's super clean, conveniently located, and the ambiance is incredibly cozy and comfortable. It's also very photogenic! They thoughtfully provided welcome fruits and even gave us warm milk at night. I'm extremely satisfied, definitely five stars! Manager Kang Kang's service was fantastic!!

From the moment I walked in, it felt like coming home. The staff were like long-lost friends, helping with my luggage and check-in. After a day out, I returned to find afternoon tea and a small cake waiting in my room – such a thoughtful touch!

I'd recommend spending a day here if you're looking to take photos, ideally during the day. There's a lot of greenery and the tea room is really pretty – great for daytime shots. The breakfast was excellent! They offered stir-fried noodles which were delicious. While the selection wasn't huge, everything was tasty. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all. Even though the butler asked guests to be quiet between 8 PM and 10 AM, we had noisy neighbors who were still loud at 3 AM. I was actually glad we only stayed one night. My friend had an early flight at 5 AM, and the room next door was still making noise past 3 AM. It really felt like the rooms were separated by thin wooden walls – extremely poor soundproofing. The service was great though; every staff member was very friendly. The location isn't too remote either, with food options about a 10-minute taxi ride away.

The environment here is truly relaxing and cozy. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff even helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. It really helps you unwind when traveling. The accommodation was very clean, and all the facilities were well-equipped. Overall, a great experience.
