JW Marriott properties in Sanya

Our first stop for the winter break trip to Sanya! Rose, our wonderful butler, added me on WeChat several days in advance, providing thoughtful and comprehensive service. When we got out of the car, the bellhop single-handedly took care of all four of our bags! He was so impressive carrying all of them. Initially, we thought about checking in at the lobby on the first floor, but there were quite a few people waiting. Rose suggested we go directly to the executive lounge on the 3rd floor instead. The lobby attendant kindly guided us to the elevator, which was very considerate! Once at the executive lounge, I handled the check-in while the seniors took the kids to get some water and fruit. The lady who checked us in was beautiful, kind, and had a lovely smile. The young photographer was also excellent at directing poses, and all the photos turned out great. Everyone was very professional and enthusiastic. In the end, Rose even arranged for a small tent to be set up in our room for the kids and helped us get a late check-out until 1 PM. Oh, and the scenery outside the hotel is absolutely stunning – I even saw the sunrise in the morning! I feel it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay for more days next time!

The room is incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean! The location is also fantastic. From the front desk to the guest rooms, everyone is very polite and the cleanliness is impeccable. Plus, it offers excellent value for money! The bathroom is also very large, making for a comfortable stay. You won't regret choosing this place; it's highly recommended! You can enjoy the scenic views just by opening the curtains. Service is super prompt and they are always ready to help with anything. It’s so convenient for families with kids – the hotel even provides children's slippers and toiletries. All the staff are incredibly patient and proactive in helping with luggage. Highly recommend!
