The breakfast was plentiful and had a wide variety of choices 😋. The hotel staff, from reception to room cleaning, were all cheerful and welcoming, making our holiday enjoyable.

Service: Upon arrival, a concierge helped with luggage, and check-in was quick. The passion fruit service (likely a staff member's name or a special service) was enthusiastic. We arrived during peak hours, and while we were queuing, they proactively came over to greet us, offered lemon water, and even recommended local dining and entertainment options. 👍

Traveling as a family of four (two adults, two children), we found it very helpful that the twin beds in our room could be pushed together. The hotel is a standalone building located slightly off the main road, making it wonderfully quiet. Its design is minimalist yet cozy. Our room was equipped with an air purifier and a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. All the amenities provided were perfectly sufficient. Check-in was quick and easy with no crowds, and parking was convenient. Breakfast selection wasn't vast, but it was perfectly satisfying. A pleasant surprise was being asked if our children needed high chairs – a thoughtful touch rarely offered elsewhere, which we really appreciated! Upon check-out, they even presented our kids with two small gifts, a delightful bonus that definitely earned extra points. For family travel, avoiding crowds and feeling unhurried is absolutely essential for a relaxing experience!

The navigation was a bit off, and even the taxi driver was confused. It's very close to Dadonghai Beach and Big Pineapple shopping mall, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and going to the beach. The only issue is that the suite I booked faces a school playground, and it's a boarding school. Every morning at 7 am, the broadcasting starts with morning exercises, then classes at 8 am, and the school bells for class changes continue until 10 pm. After 10 pm, the student dorms next door get very lively… However, my parents' room didn't have this problem. If you're someone who needs good sleep, you might want to request a room away from the school side. **Service:** Due to the noise, I checked out early. Even though my booking was non-refundable, the hotel processed the refund promptly and with a great attitude. They even said that if I consider staying with them again, they'll make a note and arrange a room for me in a different building, away from the school. I'm still very satisfied.
