The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called *******, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought ******* had my back.

Hotel com aparência de muito antigo, com mobília que aparenta estar empoeirada, estátuas de guardas reais que parecem estar caindo. Quarto com móveis também muito antigos, incluindo tomadas e luminárias, que inclusive faltava o vidro. Cama espaçosa, mas toalhas também muito utilizadas. Mobília da recepção também muito velha, com aparência de empoeirada. A recepção também tinha mesas de totó e air game, mas apenas as de totó funcionavam. Havia também um escorregador infantil na recepção, mas todo sujo e que dava para um depósito, deixando a roupa da minha filha toda marcada.

O hotel é simples, mas muito bem localizado. Cafe da manha nuito bom, mas o atendimento deixou bem a desejar. Cheguei de viagem carregando 1 mochila, 1 mala e minha filha no colo. Ninguem ofereceu ajuda para levar a bagagem e ainda informou errado como chegar no meu quarto. Fiquei andando com um monte de peso para um lado e paro outro, por pura falta de informações corretas (e má vontade dele tambem)

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada, uns 300m do parque das águas. Muito limpobe organizado. Parabéns à equipe do Hotel, em especial o atendente noturno ( esqueci o nome), muito atencioso e solicito. O café da manhã também é um ponto positivo. Muitas diversificado. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar no mesmo.

Na rua em frente passam muitas motos e automóveis barulhentos. É bastante incômodo.
Não tive nenhuma ajuda para levar as bagagens para o quarto. Pedi um abajur para ler no quarto, e tive que buscar porque só havia um funcionário à noite, que precisava ficar na portaria.

Hotel cumpre o que promete. Hotel com quartos limpos(era limpo todo dia),tamanho razoável , banheiros já reformados. Café da manhã bom,mas nada de extraordinário. O hotel tem ótima localização,perto do calçadão e do parque das águas,com isso dando para fazer tudo a pé,menos à estação ferroviária mas nada que um Uber não resolva. Todas as pessoas do hotel são muito prestativas e simpáticas.O custo benefício é excelente!Recomendo!

Toalhas rasgadas, descarga vazando, chuveiro pingando toda a noite, roupas de cama velhas e móveis antigos com defeito, piso rangendo.
De modo geral o hotel é antigo as fotos apresentadas não retratam todos os quartos, pois não havia blindex no banheiro por exemplo.
