They sell you Naturarte Rio with mixed photos of all the establishments. 0 activities for children, the pool area is infested with wasps. It doesn't have a children's pool either. Breakfast is a total scam that nobody tells you about. They bring you a basket with whatever they want without taking into account your tastes, allergies and preferences. You are not entitled to the buffet, after having paid a fortune. They give you the basket with the same thing every day, it's shameful. Not to mention that if you want your room cleaned and your towels changed you have to pay €25 for cleaning and €3 per towel. The road to get there is dangerous in the middle of a tight curve. Then you have 2km more on a dirt road, bring a good car.

When we arrived at the place there was no one.... we only saw houses... nothing that indicated a reception.... after contacting us by phone they informed us that whoever books for NaurarteRio has to check in at Ñatuarte Campo!!! They didn't tell us anything when we made the reservation... when we arrived to check in, the first reaction was to inform us that we didn't have a reservation.... after checking, they said they did and that by chance they had a free house!!!! They weren't counting on us!! At night no one went with us to the place, we had to go by car again and they even informed us how to turn on the light as they had no registration, the house would not have the light on... The bed is uncomfortable, hard! Big house but not cozy, bed side rugs are plastic type material! The bathroom water comes out yellow only after a long time running and it comes out clear! At one of the breakfasts, there was no bread! Everything comes in a box that we have to go to a cupboard outside to get in paper bags, paper boxes or plastic packaging like take away! The site has a very beautiful landscape but there are many aspects that need improvement. It's all very impersonal! The mobile number was provided in writing, but I later asked why they didn't return it. They informed me that the network's customer support department might be on vacation and for that reason they didn't respond... We regret this stay, which we won't repeat!

Se trata de una finca en medio del campo, literal, nada en 8km a la redonda, ese es el encanto, donde tienes una casa/villa por familia. El entorno es muy bonito para pasear al atardecer, relajarte en la piscina y quedarte fuera contemplando las estrellas. Vilanova de Milfontes está a 15 min. para ir en coche y comprar provisiones. También para ir a la playa o para hacer actividades de canoa en el río. El desayuno te lo sirven en una cesta por la mañana y está todo muy rico, hay bollería, fruta cortada, embutidos, zumo de naranja, yogures, café y todo en cantidades más que suficientes para cuatro personas. Colchón y almohadas fenomenal. Aire acondicionado muy potente. Y sobre todo mucha fuerza de agua en la ducha, lo cual no se encuentra muy a menudo en las casas en el campo y aquí ducharse es una gozada. La única que pega que le pondría es el inconveniente de hacer el checking en una casa diferente. Pero también te facilitan hacerlo por WhatsApp y simplemente recoger la llave en Naturarte Río.

Maravilhoso! Tudo, camas, casa, espaço exterior, acessos ao rio, bicicletas e o staff. O Sr. Frederico, com quem fizemos o check-in muito simpático. E por último, e muito importante, as fotografias apresentadas nas várias platafornas correspondem mesmo com a realidade. Adorámos e recomendamos!
