Decent place to stay in the center of Sao Paulo, clean and tidy

It a very basic hotel. Location is nice, friendly front desk. 

Very convenient and below is metro station. Nearby there is also shopping mall and restaurant

I do not recommend! The room is very small. Nowhere to put toothbrushes, poorly cleaned, hair is everywhere on the floor, no hooks for towels. You can book a hotel nearby for $ 10 and get a good room. Hair dryer rental for 30 minutes - 5 reals. The room was flooded at night, backpacks that were on the floor (there was no space so they were on the floor) were wet, water from the neighboring room was cleaning the floor from water all night, the noise is very audible from the floor.
