This hotel is excellent, clean, quiet, very close to Unimed, Allianz Park, Barra Funda. I highly recommend it.

Cordial service, quiet location of the Aparthotel, close to several points for good business and leisure. The well-organized room for short-term and long-term stays, a sight I really liked. Very complete breakfast, facilities are well organized and modern. The meeting room is very spacious and comfortable. I appreciate the stay, I will definitely return.

Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel Itself was very very good! Location and amenities in immediate area was lacking but the hotel was fabulous.

I found it a little dirty, the elevators even had dirt on the floor, which continued the next day until checkout time (at 12pm), and the towels also didn't smell good, they gave the impression of not having been washed for our stay 😔

The check in took a long time and they gave the key to a room that already had people in it, very bad pillows and only two in the room, there was no more than a glass, no cutlery, no soap, no shampoo. In the bathroom the shower system is very bad, a chair that folds up on the wall opened and hit my knee with tremendous force, it could have hurt me a lot. I found a little cockroach on the floor. The little balcony with an air conditioner throwing hot air at you is a terrible design.

This is the second time I have stayed at Aparthotel Adagio and, again, unfortunately, I had problems. The first time, they simply couldn't find my reservation, so they put us in another room, so far, no problems, we just wanted to sleep. The second time, the most recent, they simply canceled my reservation, on our second day of stay - that is, long after check-in. I called and they resolved it quickly, but it scared me, after all, I was on the street and out of nowhere I received a cancellation email. The cleaning and breakfast service are satisfactory, it's nothing wonderful, but it's good, and it works.

Very poor reception service, poor breakfast, very good room cleanliness, hallways on the floors smell bad, parking paid separately. Very poor value for money, there are better options.
