Not very bad location

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

This was a bad experience. The exhaust fan in the hotel could not be turned off. Even with the bathroom door closed in the middle of the night, it was still a bit noisy. I asked the hotel and they said they would go up and check it out right away. It had been five days and no one had gone up to check it out.

I have a serious complaint to make. When I made the reservation, according to the receipt in hand, the price of breakfast was listed as R$27.00 per person. However, the amount actually charged was R$49.00 per person. I complained to the hotel, but they told me that the amount charged was correct and that there was nothing they could do and that I should complain to Trip, since the reservation was made with that company. So I await the refund of the difference so that I can avoid any action on my part with the competent authorities. EDSON NOGUEIRA DA ROCHA

The hotel is good, close to a pharmacy and Burger King. Enough for a few nights

Hotel on a busy avenue, I think the price of 69 reais for parking is excessive. Good breakfast

The hotel has great facilities and adequate service, the only disadvantage is the location, which is far from the main attractions.

We and all the guests who checked in on 04/06/204 had a lot of problems checking in at the hotel. We arrived at 2:00 pm and were only able to get into our room at 9:45 pm, as we were supposed to be up at 5 am to participate in the São Paulo marathon. The services were slow due to a slowness in the system. However NO contingency plan was activated and when asked how we could be compensated for this inconvenience, no employee had any justification. A shame for such a large network.
