The hotel is a bit old; the sliding door couldn't be locked, which made me quite nervous at night. On top of that, it was very noisy all night, possibly due to road construction. There are security guards downstairs, so I guess it's safe enough. Breakfast was mediocre with not much variety, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. It's super convenient with lots of great restaurants nearby, making it easy to host clients. They even offer meeting room rentals. The restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was consistently good every day. The à la carte options were even better! And a special shoutout to the pão de queijo – absolutely delicious!

Beyond its great location, everything else was pretty mediocre. Pros: It's close to the bustling Paulista Avenue, offering a quiet retreat in a busy area. MASP, McDonald's 1000, and several large shopping malls are all within a ten-minute walk. The triple room was spacious enough to easily fit three 28-inch suitcases. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, though they tend to be pricey. Cons: The hotel seems to be a converted residential building, and the facilities are quite old. – The elevator is an old-fashioned manual door type, and it gets full with just a few people and luggage. – Not a single drain in the entire room worked properly; they were all clogged. The sink drained at a trickle, and when showering, the dirty water would pool around my feet. I can only imagine previous guests' hair floating up from the drain with the blockage. – The air conditioner was an old-looking split unit, positioned right above the head of the bed. Turning on the cold air would mean a direct blast to the head, which isn't ideal. – During my two-night stay, the room was cleaned on the second day, but no fresh towels were provided. – The front desk staff's attitude was so-so. The young man at check-in was very perfunctory, and I didn't feel particularly welcome. However, the gentleman at check-out was quite friendly and allowed me to store my luggage.

On a business trip, the triple room was spacious and well-designed. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bustling Paulista Avenue, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast was also excellent.

Extremely clean, and the location is super convenient – it's close to a supermarket, laundry, Paulista Avenue, and the metro. Communication was a breeze; the staff at reception spoke English, Spanish, Portuguese, and a little Russian. The rooms are spacious, hot water is plentiful, there's no kitchen, but the breakfast is fantastic. There's also a restaurant with a veranda. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in São Paulo.

It's located in an alley right off Paulista Avenue, offering a quiet escape while still being in a lively area. You can safely go out at night, and there are plenty of convenient and affordable places to eat and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!
