The room was quite spacious and came with a kitchen. Daily housekeeping was satisfactory, and the breakfast was decent enough. What stood out, in particular, was the excellent communication with the front desk staff; they were responsive and helpful whenever needed. The hotel is also conveniently located near Parque Ibirapuera, São Paulo's most famous and largest urban park.

The hotel's surroundings feel very safe, and there's a drugstore nearby where you can buy souvenirs. Room service is also excellent, and there's a gym available.

During the rainy season, shaded rooms have small bugs.

The space is quite spacious, with one bedroom and one living room. The outside area includes a bar, desk, and coffee table, while the inside contains the bedroom and bathroom. There's also a laundry room on the basement level. Nearly half of the hotel's guests are Chinese, and some domestic companies also have long-term leases. However, guests should be cautious about their belongings; in early December, a Chinese guest posted on XHS that their computer disappeared in the living room late at night, and the hotel gave it a cold shoulder.

This is a rubbish hotel. The hardware is old, but the service is ridiculously bad. 1. The credit card was swiped incorrectly when checking in. If I hadn't set a limit, I would have almost paid for the room twice. 2. The bill was calculated incorrectly when checking out. The mini bar was inexplicably doubled. 3. The deposit has not been returned for several days after checking out. When I asked, they said it had been processed. 4. I lost something in the room. Just a few hours later, I went to ask and it was gone. I couldn't find it at all. When I asked again, the repeater told me that it was gone. I couldn't tell which cleaning staff I asked. 5. I called to ask for something, and they told me to wait for a while, and then they hung up the phone and made me wait for ten minutes. It's too outrageous. It's so bad that it's hard to believe that this is the management level of Marriott.

優點是房間很大，有客廳有廚房有獨立衞生間，房間也乾淨整潔 缺點是設施比較老舊，旁邊沒有便利店
