It was a ver awful experience. We were charged twice due to trip.com failed to communicate with hotel about payment issue. However, it’s not trip.com issue but Wyndham São Paulo paulista problem. It’s basically impossible to get in touch with the hotel. The only department that you can successfully talk to hotel is when you wanna make reservation. Anything other than reservation, you will never gonna be able to connected through. Sincerely, don’t make reservation of the hotel with prepay… or you will endeuses up like me, charged twice. I made the reservation with room prepaid, and when I checked in at the hotel, the receptionist is only able to find the reservation number but the hotel said they can’t find any information about the prepaid confirmation and I had to use my credit card to make a pre-authorized charge at the check in. During the stays I tried to resolved the issue by contacting the trip.com, and they actually were been very eager in helping out to solve the issue; however, the main issue that the problem wasn’t solved is because no matter when you call or how long you wait on the phone, no one will answer the call. Even you talking to the receptionist, they will simply tell you that there is nothing he/she can do because it’s reservation matter and not financial matter that the trip.com should call and try to contact with, which trip.com did; and Wyndham simply ignore the call and never picks it up. So, another thing I did was calling trip.com in front of the receptionist to have the hotel personnel to talk directly with trip.com; then when I’m about to pass the phone to the supervisor of the hotel, she refused to talk and only answered that she is already writing the email to get in touch with trip.com to solve the matter, which it was a lie because she said that trip.com never replied to her. Gosh… how can she lie to my face! My recommendation is that don’t prepay anything, pay at the hotel to avoid any payment issue. Wyndham tells sucks!!!!

The standard facilities in Vienna are not old. Breakfast is convenient. Parking is convenient. The location is good. The room. The big disadvantage is that the air conditioner is old and noisy. I was unlucky and encountered an air-conditioned room with a lot of noise. Staying in another place is purely based on the price. It is relatively cheap. The location is good and safe. The hotels are all good. Most of the hotels in Brazil are like this.

I booked a triple room and the room was really huge. One bedroom with bathroom and double bed and another independent bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. The room was very well lit and clean. On the other hand, the bathroom in the master bedroom was extremely small, the shower was tiny. Another setback was that the hotel charged twice but they promised a refund within 5 days. We'll see…

I was worried, I arrived for check-in and they did not find my reservation, the hotel was full, apparently with overbooking. The attendant was 1,000, I sent the prints with confirmation from Trip.com with proof of payment. There was a double bed and luckily we still stayed, but in single beds. Anyway, note 10 by the attendant Amanda and I'm confused if I continue using trip.com Thanks. Ricardo

The bed is too soft. Everything else is fine.

There is a dedicated person to help park the car. There is a large supermarket next to it and it is very close to Paulista. There is no small refrigerator.

入住方便，周邊安全，距離便利店和超市很近，多次入住了。早餐也算不錯，其他時段，一樓餐廳用餐也挺好吃。

房間ok，沒有拖鞋牙刷。衹有毯子，在衣櫃。沒有被子。早餐豐盛，但是沒有蔬菜，西式早餐。

房間説實在話不大，床也小的可憐，但是這個價位在展會期間已經是難能可貴的就是了。不能抱怨什麼了。整體還是不錯的。附近小公園裡景色不錯
