I was expecting better service from them, when I arrived the first day, the hotel staff did not speak any English, I have to converse with them with my bad Portuguese. Some of the staff were ok but one really looked very unwelcoming, and I felt I'm accommodating the staff rather they're serving me. The bathroom handles are broken, when it's raining the floor is leaking water.

The hotel is ok for a night or two, rooms are small and only good for a low budget trip. Location is very good and safe area.
