Business trip. Comfortable hotel, well decorated, with everything you need. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, great shower. Very friendly staff.

Good hotel, but at this time when I rented it, it was very expensive.

It is very frustrating to see some nice pictures online, then realize that the hotel is in much worse conditions after arriving.

I think this is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars hotel. Simple bed, bad pillows, spartan furnitures!

Poor breakfast, very hard bed. I don't recommend it, there are others with better value for money.

Good service. Cleanliness of the room much to be desired; with seals from another guest's suitcases on the floor of the room. Bathroom with mold on the walls and ceiling. On the first day, the room was not cleaned. Unattractive breakfast, with some food looking old. The daily rate is not cheap for what it offers.

Quick check-in and check-out, without bureaucracy. Have a nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Negative point: Wi-Fi didn't work.

I found the price very expensive for the quality of the room, bed, pillows, armchair in the room with a very strong musty-damp smell, breakfast with some foods like croissants or other bad breads.

o ar condicionado do hotel no estava funcionando. nao consegui dormir a primeira noite. calor insuportavel. na segunda noite me arrumaram outro hotel da rede, mas o restante de minha equipe da empresa ficou no hotel prejudicada. mais de 10 quartos. ao reclamarem, foi dito a eles para mudar de hotel
