Não me deixaram fazer o check in em 22/03/24 alegando falta de energia! Me deixaram na rua com idoso e criança! Agora não querem me restituir o valor da reserva! Hotel desonrado e sem menor respeito pelo cliente e pela vida humana! Devolvam meu dinheiro! Já me fizeram passar mal pedaços no centro de São Paulo de madrugada com a cidade lotada por motivo do Lola Paluza! Foi traumatizante a experiência com este hotel!

Service and hotel very good for the value for money, pleasant and receptive receptionist, the only negative point that has nothing to do with the hotel is the issue of the current situation in the center and the República neighborhood, it is full of homeless people and with very high rate of robberies, in addition to that Uber is not accepting rides either to pick up or to take to the hotel for fear of being robbed or even something worse happening, because it is totally out of control, dirty streets people on bikes stealing!!!
