Overall my experience in this Hotel was good. I stayed in room No. 143. It was a suit apartment with 2 rooms (1 double bed room and a dining cum drawing room) and a small kitchen area (which I did not use). The room was very very spacious with adequate natural light coming in the living and dining area. The bathroom was huge with a bath tub a wc and a bidet. I had really enjoyed my stay there. Good Points: 1. Very close to Avenida Paulista 2. Shops, Mall and restaurants in close vicinity. 3. Hotel is neat and clean 4. Bang opposite a Mall 5. Good Breakfast (but same all the 6 nights I stayed in) 6. Helpful Front Desk 7. Easy access to Metro (Consolação) Negative Points: 1. Housekeeping - I had to call up the reception thrice during my whole stay to make my room. 2. Breakfast is monotonous after couple of days 3. Laundry is at the basement but you cannot operate without a CPF number which a tourist normally does not have 4. The property is a bit old I suppose and required maintenance Considering everything I feel this is a hotel which is worth staying if you want to stay in a Place near to Avenida Paulista.

Pros: great location, good breakfast and nice rooftop
Cons: needs to modernize rooms (toilet doesn't flush), no utensils in mini kitchen corner, and no soundproofing at all (was on 5th floor and could hear every car passing on the streets below)

After researching the area it was the best value. From what I viewed larger room at similar cost. The faculties are terrific with a spacious room. The employees were preoccupied and uncaring to the guest however this did not apply to the night shift. The complimentary breakfast was nice but basic.

Inicio destacando o quão antipático e nada receptivo foi o atendente do check-in. Com relação às instalações, precisa urgentemente de manutenção no banheiro, sujo e com mofo por toda parte. Além disso, não é um hotel, é um flat. Só mesmo a localização é um ponto positivo a destacar.

Quarto amplo com antessala, bem arrumado e limpo. Pequena cozinha com geladeira, micro fogão e pia (dá para se virar). Cama gostosa e bom chuveiro. Bem localizado, em frente a um shopping (farmácias, supermercado, restaurantes, lojas, delicatessen entre outros), perto da Av. Paulista e de vários barzinhos. ATENÇÃO só vá para esse hotel se optar pelos quartos da administração do próprio Massis. Se optar pela adm. Charlie vai ficar extremamente frustado, não dão atenção aos hospedes, não consertam o que está quebrado, nem trocam de quarto caso haja algum problema, não emprestam nem uma toalha sequer (tive que ficar 8 dias com a mesma toalha, foi horrível), não trocam pano de chão. NADA! A comunicação com a administração é praticamente impossível, vc recebe uma senha, entra e depois não tem mais contato com nenhum ser vivo que possa te ajudar. E o hotel só faz qualquer coisa se for hospede deles como Massis. No "Charlie" também não disponibilizam café da manhã.

Efetuei a reserva pelo site do hotel, recebi o voucher 2 dias antes da hospedagem, e quando cheguei para fazer o check-in, depois de viajar quase 600km, não encontraram minha reserva no sistema. Ao invés de se desculparem pela falha grave, me disseram que iriam ver o que poderiam fazer, pois o hotel estava com lotação máxima. Tomei um chá de cadeira de quase 1h30 quando houve um check-out e pediram para limpar o quarto para que, finalmente, eu conseguisse me hospedar. Já me hospedei em outros hotéis próximos a área e com o atendimento muito melhor. Sem dúvida, esta foi a pior experiência de hospedagem que já tive.
