There are many good restaurants just out outside the hotel main entrance. Walkable to downtown. Safe drop off and pick up by car. Rooms are quite dated. Safe inside room not working. Staff are friendly and willing to help even though they don’t speak English.

Was a great hotel with an excellent location the restaurants across the street and the vibe made the trip 10/10

We had already stayed last year and the service had been very good. The gentleman at the reception is a gem of a person. The lobby girl too. Very attentive staff. Hotel has been improved and is very well located. The breakfast is very good. I recommend it. It's just a shame that São Paulo is increasingly dangerous and we were robbed on the street during Carnival. A time that should have been one of joy left me very sad. But the hotel and price-quality ratio is the best I've found anywhere in the world.

I really liked the hotel due to the service provided by the staff and its location. The room I stayed in was generally good, but the bathroom really needs renovation. The bathtub is very old and the tap leaks too much, flooding the entire bathroom.

TRIP's service was terrible because I requested to change the check-in and check-out date. They informed me that the dates would be changed and perhaps there would be a charge for the difference if there was one in the hotel's negotiation. Nothing was done and I lost the amount paid. I will never use this agency again and will not recommend it to anyone. Until never more

Good service, good location, but the quality of the room leaves something to be desired, there is no Wi-Fi signal, the bathroom has problems, there is a door in the middle of the room where you can 100% hear the room next door and toiletries such as toothbrush are not included.

The breakfast was great, even though the hotel was full due to an event, they met our demands. The attendants were very polite and helpful.

I booked a hotel room on April 8th through the app However, when we got there, the hotel was without electricity and there was no return date. The attendant assured me that the refund would be made, but to date I have not received any refund. I'm very upset about this situation, I had to go to another location, I paid more and my money hasn't been returned to this day!

Great location, literally in front of the bus stop, there is a market, pharmacy, restaurants and AME on the same sidewalk, in addition to being very close (750m) to the Anhangabaú metro, very good breakfast with a good selection, in addition to an incredible staff of wonderful in the restaurant, the bathroom facilities are a little old, but the cleanliness and impeccable care, the hotel staff are also sweet, always offering you assistance and great service.
