I payed for 6 nights and stayed 4 nights. This hotel outdated, dangerous and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the floor bedroom has cracks that move when walking, the sheets are threadbare, there are few electric outlets and the room even had some mound in it which was not nice. Unfortunately, during the night there was a lot of noise (inside and outside the hotel).

Wifi was horrible in the beginning. I asked if they reset on the wifi one of the receptionist said yes. Later when I asked a different receptionist if they no he said … and showed me that his reset. When he did the wifi went well. But it was only like 6 hours later after check in

They lie to me, and didn't change me room, and have a lot of room available at the same price, at night i have cockroaches more than 5 down my bed, i show them to the lobby and they finally decide to change me room, because they see the bugs...
The cleaning girl make noise each morning and laugh very loud all day , impossible to sleep or doing something in the morning, and they never say hello to costumers

Hotel se asemelha com aquelas pensões antigas. Foi passada uma tinta para dar um ar de novo, mas as instalações são ruins. Tem goteira no teto que nos dias de chuvas precisa de guarda chuva no quarto. Recepção se esforça para tratar os hóspedes bem, mas a infraestrutura não ajuda.

As meninas da recepção são atenciosas. Mas os quartos são pouco acústico, muito barulho da rua e de hóspedes, principalmente para os quartos 8 e 9. Na última semana que fiquei, quase não consegui dormir.

A experiência de estadia no hotel não foi nada agradável. Eu escolhi o hotel pela proximidade com o hospital, mas as condições do quarto eram decepcionantes. Começando pela porta do quarto que possuía uma fresta que era possível olhar parte do interior, no quarto era possível ver que estava cheio de formiga para todos os lados, a cama é dura e desconfortável, no banheiro era possível ver mofo para todo lado, principalmente no teto. Os fios do chuveiro elétrico estavam todos expostos e o registro de água estava dando choque. A única coisa que prestava no hotel era a simpatia da recepcionista, fora isso não há nada de positivo no hotel.
