Very good stay, very varied breakfast, hotel offers a wide variety of food, at all prices. As I went to a conference, in the same place, I didn't have time to enjoy what the hotel has to offer. The staff were very welcoming.

Our first time in Sao Paolo together and it became extra special staying at Novotel Sao Paolo Jardins as it was close to the places we wanted to see. A walking distance to Ave.Paulista and we had a view of the city from our room. Breakfast was great too! We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends travelling to Sao Paolo.

The hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.
