Overall good. Location ideal just out of city centre, if you only require clean bed & bathroom then its super.
Minor issues: plug socket in bathroom did not work & tv quality poor.

The room was clean, but the shower drain was partially clogged: an unpleasant experience.
No staff on site. We needed to join an employee because our room code was deactivated prematurely: 2 phone numbers out of service, an employee in the car who cannot help us but who transfers us to his brother. Operation success...
No maintenance on site. The uninviting common kitchen: trash more than full during our 3 nights. No fresh fruit available as advertised.

Good value for money. The single room was a little small and not very bright, but overall clean and basic. Quite convenient to the center of the port, about 2km away on foot, 20 minutes.

Very good option, very good service and attention to help us by the staff. Cozy, clean and comfortable stay. 25 minutes from everything walking down. The door cost us a bit to open it sometimes but once you know how it goes, you have more patience. There isn't much around, but it gets you out of trouble.
