We don't recommend this hotel for families looking for quality accommodation.

My apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. The complex is in a good location. It was peaceful. Not so good - the men who work at the pool. The man behind the bar grumpy and always huffing, seems like an inconvenience everytime he serves an English person at the bar. The little man guarding the pool is awful. Constantly shouting at people for bringing their own water to the pool. Shouted when my toddler was in his small inflatable in the pool. The pool was almost empty and were nowhere near anyone else. Not friendly at all. Ruins the otherwise great complex.

Nice place nice apartment but seriously let down by the jobsworth sat guarding the pool... won't let children use inflatables even though we are the only ones here, sits there looking through binoculars making sure no one is eating or drinking anything that isn't bought here, brought a can of coke with me that I bought here yesterday and he wouldnt let me drink it! Won't even let you through the gate if you are halfway through eating an ice cream and makes wait outside until its eaten! Seriously get a life!!! Totally ruined the place!

If you like being woken by barking dogs whom are allowed to roam free from 05.00 then this is the place for you. We complained but management said they could do nothing. They foul everywhere and chase the cars of people going to work. Don’t waste your money.

A little far out of the town & away from the beach. The staff are excellent. The Little Shop is fairly good. The apartment was clean & comfortable however the hobs are a pain every time you clean them if you are not very careful you turn some of them on. Nice balcony. We were fortunate enough to miss the school kids. I can imagine it could be pretty noisy then as there is almost no soundproofing. If you don't have a car expect a Taxi to cost between 4.55 & 6 euros depending on the taxi company.

Worst experience we had in 4 months traveling. Firstly and most important for us - The Wi-Fi (for a fee) turned out to be a myth, there was not even a router or modem in the apartment, leaving us disconnected and frustrated (we are working remotly and had multiple meetings planned). We booked for 2 nights and left after 1, since they didn't find a solution for the internet. They also refused to refund us for the second night. 2.The room had a BAD smell. An extremely stuffy odor, that smelled like there was no ventilation for months. We had to open the window and balcony door in order to make it barable - but then we had the issue with the cold. It was very cold and rainy weather (9 degrees). We had to sleep with our coats on, because on top of it, the AC on the room was not working. 3.The BASIC hygienic amenities were non-existent -＞ no hand soap! Also, no dishwashing essentials, not even a water boiler or cutting board. 4.The staff was not helpful at all. The one staff member available agreed with us - but was not able to help and the manager refused to talk to us - despite multiple requests. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed from a place before. I am not usually reviewing stays, but this stay way beyond unpleasant. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. The place was clean though ...

Our fourth visit to VitaSol, we still enjoyed the stay but the facilities are starting to require some investment and renovation. The complex is about a 15 minute walk from town which is easy on the way in but can be a struggle to get back up the mammoth hill after dinner and a couple of beers! The grounds are tidy and well kept but can be a bit tricky to navigate with a buggy / stroller. I would think anyone requiring the use of a wheelchair would need to carefully pick which part of the complex they stayed at to ensure easy access to facilities and the entrance/exit. The room was clean with solid fittings if a little old fashioned. The bathrooms were due a refit but by no means bad. Would have been good to have a shower cubicle rather than just the bath. Our balcony as with all the rooms was huge and a great place to relax or have meal with plenty of room for guests. The pool area is the best feature of the complex, it’s a good size and dips down into the hill to shield the area from the wind. It is however very much in need of some renovation, the pool itself has many broken tiles and some pretty dirty worn areas around the edge. The bar area is reasonably priced and the food is mostly good with generous portions. Whilst the maître d can come across to some as being a bit on the grumpy side, he is actually really lovely and a bit of a legend. I’m sure we’ll be back at some point but I do hope they tidy the place up a bit before then.

Wonderful for multi family trip. We all had our own different sized apartments. Mine was a one bedroom. Have to say that beds were not comfortable🙁. Facilities and the pool area with its excellent bar/restaurant was outstanding. Our kids’ ages ranged from 12-27 and ALL had a blast. Those Boss burgers were a huge hit!!! All the food was very very good. My biggest complaint was ONE key per unit. In this day and age we have gotten so used to each member having own key card. I know some units had a lock box for the key, that would have eliminated some frustration.

An apartment that is starting to show its age. Regarding the location, we are far from the center or the beaches; you must take the car with children. The side that seemed to me to be a plus was a park for children. but impossible to access in February. (Tennis court closed, children's park closed). I do not recommend this residence

Very large and pleasant space, the outdoor spaces are well maintained and the pool is spectacular, as is the area with sun loungers and lawn. The bar offers a very mediocre service, with a very limited offer and limited opening hours. Well located, close to beaches and supermarkets. Regarding the apartment, hygiene is acceptable, kitchen accessories could be in greater quantity, crockery and other accessories are in very small quantities. You need some cereal bowls, for example, a grill (stove or electric) and a hand blender, essential things in a kitchen. Otherwise, a place that I would recommend to any family.

Podiam fazer o chekout um pouco mais tarde tipo sair até às 12h. Gostei muito do apartamento. Podiam fazer a limpeza mais vezes durante a semana. Tipo 2 a 3 vezes por semana . Recomendo.

Het was een erg ruim appartement voor zes personen. Was bij binnenkomst schoon, wel wat verouderd en een renovatie zou niet verkeerd zijn. Daarnaast waren de bedden erg hard. Daarnaast moet je voor de WiFi 6 euro per dag betalen wat niet helemaal meer past bij de huidige tijd. Ook hadden wij met zes personen geen warm water tijdens het douchen. Alleen de eerste 10 minuten was er in de douche warm water. Bij navraag aan de receptie bleek dat er telkens 45 minuten tussen moest zitten wilde je weer warm water hebben. Met z’n zessen is zo lang wachten geen optie. Het niet een standaard vakantiepark/appartementencomplex. Het lijkt er op dat het ook particuliere appartementen betreft waardoor je weinig aanspraak hebt van andere vakantiegangers. Ook kan het zijn dat zwembad nog een stukje lopen is als je appartement wat aan de buitenkant ligt. Daarnaast bestaat het uit veel trappetjes en is het voor kinderwagens en rolstoelgebruikers lastiger. Het zwembad heeft een mooie ligging met ruime ligweide en barretje bij het zwembad is erg prettig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het centrum is op ongeveer 15 a 20 minuten lopen maar een Uber of Taxi zijn prima te betalen.
