I don’t like so much the location, need to have car for stay over there! And it’s not so luxury it’s little simple, the pool is dirty and really cold. What the good part is the ocean is close and you can walking around. It’s beautiful view too

Péssimo atendimento via WhatsApp nas informações sobre a hospedagem, graças que atenderam mau desde o início, sendo assim nos livramos de uma cilada. Vamos em busca de um outro local para nos hospedar, se na recepção é assim, imagina o que resto do lugar.

O hotel em si é antigo e precisa de manutenção nos banheiros, por exemplo. O frigobar do meu quarto não funcionava. A cama é confortável, portanto pra dormir é ok. No entanto, a área da piscina é fantástica! Vista belíssima e um por do sol inspirador. O café da manhã atendeu minha necessidade. Destaque para o atendimento do Sr Toninho no bar da piscina, bem como das atendentes do restaurante.

Lugar simplesmente Maravilhoso, verdadeiro Paraíso!! Estivemos em 05 e 06/11/22, não saímos do hotel para absolutamente nada; a piscina é Linda, a Vista é fantástica, pode-se ver tartarugas a beira mar. O atendimento é muito bom, destaque especial ao Sr Toninho muito bem humorado, atencioso, educadíssimo que fica no Bar da piscina, fazendo drinks ótimos e com todo carinho. Café da manhã Bom. Sala de jogos com mesa de sinuca e fliperama. Pode pedir ifood, mas o cardápio do Hotel também é bom e com preço Justo (pizza de mussarela e Gin tônica Tanqueray é uma ótima pedida). Não dá vontade de ir embora.

Hotel simples e antigo. Está em reforma mas ainda tem muito a se fazer. Mas o que ainda não foi reformado não é um problema, não prejudica a estadia. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Bom café da manhã. Vista e piscina muito boas. Cômodos espaçosos.

atendimento da recepção é ruim, pouco simpático ( a tarde e a noite , são melhores ) . não há carregadores de malas, elevador quebrado, e do outro prédio a porta prende. a cama é um terror com calombo no meio que machucava as costas , o travesseiro era razoavel. cafe da manha bom e a piscina com a vista muito boa.

Adoramos o Hotel! Em meio a natureza com uma vista linda e o barulhinho do Mar. Agradecer o super e humanizado, atendimento da recepção à Suellen, que além de nos receber com todas as instruções normativas, prestou-nos atendimento em tudo que precisávamos. Sem contar com o Senhor Toninho, muito gentil, e cuida muito bem de deixar os hóspedes bem confortáveis, caso solicitem a ele um serviço de bar e piscina. Quartos confortáveis onde o único barulho é som do Mar. Café da manhã bem servido, num ambiente bem harmonizado e confortável, com equipe atenciosa. Parabéns! Deixamos o hotel satisfeitos e desejando que tenham prosperidade e progresso sempre!

Paredes mofadas, ar condicionado não funciona , cheiro de mofo horrivel. Enfiaram a gente num subsolo que parecia filme medieval. E só nos mudaram depois de muito reclamar. E para mudar queriam saber quanto tinhamos pago. Ou seja , dependendo de quanto se pague ( que por sinal não era nada barato ), vc fica no calabouço. Péssimo atendimento.
