The hotel is located in a very good area, just right at 1 block away from shopping street. The layout design of the room is also perfect. Rectangular shape, toilet separated from shower room, also the sink. I would stay there again if I have chance.

Location is good. Near the attractions places and shuttle bus (airport) point price a bit high, Not house keeper for 4days below.Only change tower Bed is comfort, bedroom is quite door hav front and back which is convenient. No free water flow, no place to sit at lobby

The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the restaurant on the first floor is also excellent.

Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping. We booked a twin room, and there was enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases. During our stay, they would come to empty the trash and replenish bathroom amenities. There's an Ichiran Ramen right across the street, and a direct airport bus stop opposite the Abest Hotel, which is super convenient.

Located right in Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, it's super convenient for shopping. Plus, on the day I left for the airport, it was really close to the bus stop. The service was good too. I'd probably stay here again next time I visit.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, with a back exit leading directly to Tanukikoji. It's very clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite good, with the toilet and shower separated. The front desk staff were all very warm and polite, except for one short-haired lady on my check-out day who didn't even greet me, which was a bit off-putting. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay for more than five days; I stayed for three, and they just emptied the trash and changed the towels daily. The hotel breakfast was quite expensive, so I skipped it. Overall, it's still a good place.

Nice location

Very good location. Access the shopping street form the side entrance of the hotel. Room comes with basic amenities and is clean. There isn’t daily housekeeping, but the towels will be changed daily and trash is emptied on daily basis.

The room was very clean, though a bit small. We were still able to fully open two 24-inch suitcases. The location is excellent; the back door opens right onto Risho-dori (Risho Street). There's also a small shopping mall across the street, making dining very convenient.

Booked for a family of three, staff is amazing and location has all the great things within walking distance !

Very convenient location, just beside the shopping street. Room is smallish but well designed for a comfortable stay.

Nice view from my room, staff very helpful.. Love the location, big win for traveller who stroll around susukino.. Will back to this hotel when I travel to sapporo again!
