Smile Hotel Sapporo Susukino Minami Reviews

Very nice experience, the room was spacious with two bed and very clean. You have at your disposal slippers, pajamas and toothbrush. The staff is very kindly, there is the possibility of leaving your luggage for free after the check-out. Great position near metro station, Susukino street and TV tower, there is also a comfortable Lawson directly in front of the hotel.

I am a tenant (618) who moved in on 6/19. The staff‘s attitude is really good. The service and attitude in all aspects are good. I like this place very much. Next time I come to Hokkaido, I will choose here again.

Our stay here is good, the room is not big but adequate enough to move around. The breakfast that we availed was also of good selection and tasty but note that it can be repetitive at times especially when you stay for a week. You expect almost the same kind. But what stood out the most was the smile of the staff, they are always greeting us and respectful everytime even the housekeeping and dining/kitchen staff. Location was quite a walk from Susukino but manageable. The free coffee was quite nice. If there's anything that I was a bit hoping for...it was my birthday trip and I emailed the Hotel before coming but no room upgrade or no surprise in my room like other hotels do in our previous stay. Also the amenities are nice but could have been better if the skin care products for ladies are available on hand. It has to be requested at the Lobby and I didn't realize that until the day of our check out. Will we still stay next time? I think we will definitely consider staying again.

Impeccable cleanliness, as expected from a Japanese hotel. The front desk staff were also very polite.

the hotel is quite far away from the JR station and susukino street it might take 10-15 mins walking distance and it will be quite difficult to assess when carry luggage during winter season. There is a Lawson just right in front of hotel, it is really convenient when you want to get something fast especially for breakfast. The room is quite spacious for solo traveller and really clean!

The front desk staffs is very polite, the breakfast very delicious and food is very fresh, we are stay the hotel for 4 nights very enjoy for the all amenities. The hotel is convenient for Subway, but abit far for walkable to Susukino

The only downside was a faint smell of urine in the bathroom, which persisted even after spraying a lot of air freshener. Other than that, the facilities were all new and modern, and I especially liked the full-length mirror. I was quite satisfied overall. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the metro station, and there's a Lawson convenience store right across the street, which is really convenient.

Traveling with my kids, I originally booked two standard rooms, but then I saw they had connecting rooms and switched. These rooms are perfect for families with older children. During the day, with the connecting door open, it's like having two bathrooms available. At night, closing the door gives both parents and children their own relatively private space. The rooms aren't huge, but since we only used one entrance, we could store two large suitcases right outside the other room's door. The breakfast was also good, with a well-balanced nutritional selection.

The room isn't small; we could open both our suitcases, one on the luggage rack and one under the desk. It was very clean and comfortable. It's a shame the breakfast was quite mediocre though.

We spent a wonderful time in the hotel Bed was big Bathroom too was big  Service was friendly and efficient !

Hotel is 10 mins away from the subway However , the cleaning is every 3 nights so need to consider.
