Our stay was highly satisfactory, and the hotel's proximity to Sapporo Station, along with a diverse selection of dining establishments, was particularly convenient.

Unfortunately I could stay for only one night. The room was lovely and included various amenities like coffee water and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is situated close to Sapporo bus station. I was sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

Friendly staff. 10 minutes walking distant to Odori park. Nice hotel. Parking rate is 1000 yen per night.

Perfect for a layover stay. The room is quite spacious, big enough to open your luggage. It comfortably accommodates two people, and there's even a sofa you can lie on, which makes it great for family trips.

The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.

Polite and English speaking front desk staff. Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan. Renovation needed. Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.

Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns: 1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat. I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. 2. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. 3. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped down. Generally, when guests lie in bed, their oily heads often rest against the headboard, making the contact area quite unhygienic. I also wiped this down myself with an alcohol wipe. You're welcome. The location is decent, not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. There's an underground passage to Sapporo Station, so if you want to avoid the wind and sun, you might consider a hotel even closer. The hotel door card is an actual key 🔑. While retro and charming, it can also be a bit inconvenient: you have to hand it in for safekeeping when you leave the hotel and retrieve it again when you return. As an introvert, I'd rather not bother the front desk constantly.

I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was very simple; by 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left to eat. The overall environment was quite good. The room key was very unique.

Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
