This place is huge and all the convenient stalls are nearby. There is a street car about 4-5 mins walk so something you can't live without in Hokkaido.

The hotel room size is spacious which is best fit to family. The room is a aged and the cleanness can be improved. The breakfast is good. It takes 15 minutes walk to nearby place of interest.

My stay at Quintessa Hotel Sapporo was excellent. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room, which was very spacious. The toiletries provided were comprehensive and met all daily needs. The only minor drawback was the lighting in the lobby on the ground floor; it was a bit soft and dim, making it feel less bright. Aside from that, I was satisfied with everything else. The room was clean and comfortable, the overall environment was quiet, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's very suitable for family trips.

Great place to stay. Front desk staff super helpful. We find the room a bit stuffy as we are visiting in late April and the centralized air conditioning was still heat mode. But the frond desk staff responded promptly with a fan for us

The hotel is beautiful, especially at night when the photos look really artistic. The two beds are huge, the service is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. I didn't have breakfast, but I saw the breakfast area and the food selection, and the price wasn't expensive either.

The large bathroom was nice and unexpected, breakfast was a good spread, and location is great, few steps from busy Susukino. Room was very clean. I would come back to stay here again.

Good Location , Goodservice "Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite). Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0.5–1km from Susukino. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and spacious with a great city view. And of course good enough for three of us. Definitely will come back again. Recommended!

The hotel responded to my email the morning of our flight up to New Chitose from Tokyo saying they could store our luggage prior to check-in which was fast and reassuring. The room itself was quite spacious for 4 men and the bathroom was huge and well done. The location is definitely above average, 10 minute walk to the nearest Nambuku Line Station and under 15 to Susukino. Two convenience stores are right out front if you need anything quickly. We got a decent price through trip.com for around $50 per night per person, which I’d say was definitely worth it. Then on our last day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for the duration of our day trip to Otaru after check-out. Would say I wish I stayed here instead of selecting a different hotel for the second half of our Hokkaido trip.

Location need to walk 20 mins to susukino pole town. Front line service need to improve. Not so friendly. Room nice, clean and comfortable

During our recent family stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of our room. However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our comfort and safety. The lift doors closed very quickly and hit us on several occasions, which was alarming. For families, having two double beds in such a large room would be a much more practical configuration. Furthermore, the inability to adjust the centralized air conditioning made the room excessively warm and stuffy, which was particularly uncomfortable. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements

We enjoyed our stay there in the family room for family of 4. Spacious, clean and well maintained bathroom. I had sound sleep with the bed provided. The Hotel was kind enough to send my phone forgotten in the room with a courier service. Train station is within 5-7 mins walking distance and it is convenient to explore Sapporo from here.

Room was very clean. Room is also very big with ample space to place luggage as well. Hotel was at a good location. Walkable distance to nearby subway station and to susukino where all the shops are.
