Really love the television, bathtub,the bed was really comfy,free soft serve ice cream and lastly , really nice latte and hot chocolate with really good location area near Don Don Donki.

Good location, modern facilities. Free coffee, tea & hot cocoa at lobby. Free soft serve. Separate shower and toilet. Onsite parking with fee. In room, Refa hairdryer was good. Induction cooker and washing machine also provided in our triple room.. Had a bit of trouble with washing machine as we didn't totally understand usage. Remember to leave extra time for it to cool after washing, otherwise cannot open the door. Overall good. Will return if we come back to Sapporo.

Went back again to stay and as usual, we had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori during our Hokkaido trip. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths, situated within walking distance of Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Nijo Market and many restaurants, cafés and convenience stores. It made exploring Sapporo extremely convenient without needing to rely heavily on public transport. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards and was clean, modern and very comfortable. One feature we especially appreciated was the in-room washer-dryer, which was incredibly useful during our longer trip around Hokkaido. The small kitchenette and microwave were also thoughtful additions that made the stay feel more like a home away from home.

Hotel location quite good, there are two family marts nearby the hotel. Free beverages like coffee / chocolate provided at the lobby. Staffs quite friendly and approachable. One of the staffs understands English and communicate well in English.

Good location to Sapporo Station, 2 mins walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and along the way plenty of eateries. Hotel provide toiletries to pick up from lobby. Room have washing machine, microwave, dehumidifier etc. There is coffee machine at lobby for guest use & in afternoon free ice cream.

Tokyu Stay in Sapporo is a really nice hotel located in Odori. Very close to the Subway, nice restaurants, convenience stores & shopping. The famous Nijo Fish market is just a 10 mins walk. And of course needless to mention the awesome seafood available there. Very close to Sapporo station as well which means great connectivity to JR trains. Room is very clean and very well equipped with electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, a small sink, few kitchen utensils etc. Enough to stay for a slightly longer period if one wants to. Room space was slightly on the compact side though manageable. They have options for room cleaning everyday if you want to but can opt for eco cleaning options that are more environment friendly. That’s appreciated. They also have a free coffee machine at their lobby which was also really nice. Overall a very nice stay. Will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel on Jan and was back in March 2026. First time, booked through ***********. Second time by trip.com. Since the March was the off-peak period, i booked the premier twin room which was the most expensive and the biggest. However, trip.com automatically adjusted the number of person to 1. Both times, we were travelling in a family of 3. In March, when we checked in, we were told to pay 10,000 yen extra. It was 4pm, we were tired after driving down from Asahikawa. Asked for an explanation, but wasn't able to comprehend. Given it was my second visit in 3 months, I was disappointed that the hotel wasn't able to reply appropriately or give any flexibility in that situation. I had a good stay and thus posted a positive Google review in Jan 2026. But it was disappointing for this second visit. You may contact me for more information.
