The service was good, but the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted. I booked a room with breakfast, and their breakfast was a bit unique. In the morning, a free bus takes you to the seafood market to eat. The food was excellent, but the journey was a bit far. Waking up early to go there and then having to go to other places meant I couldn't take their free bus back, which was a bit inconvenient.

It's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nakajima-koen subway station, Exit 3 (note that Exit 3 only has stairs, no escalator). The park has swings, slides, and climbing structures, which kids would probably enjoy. On the second floor of the hotel, there's a microwave, an induction hob, a sink, vending machines, and coin-operated washing machines.

Room condition was clean and tidy generally. However, the staff was not very supportive such as parking.

It would have been helpful for foreign travelers to have known up front no dining hall, not really a tourist hotel but staff were as helpful as they could be. Nakajima Park location super. Coffee shops, carts, local tempura restaurant very close. Small room and bathroom but very clean. Had to buy water and snacks on 2nd floor. Window but small. A room with a view and window would have been better. I should have asked how much to upgrade.

the hotel is very lovely. i’ve stayed in this hotel twice now and its location is convenient, next to nakajima park and train station a close walk away from places such as as ramen alley and susikino street. the hotel is nice and our room was lovely.

Great location to odori susukino & sapporo city centre, small space for 2 person but still ok

The hotel is in a very convenient place, just 5 mins walk away from the subway station and easily accessible to the heart of the centre!

Right in front of Nakajima Park, and the airport bus stop is close by too. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and a good size. I'd recommend it for a trip to Sapporo.

I only stay for 1 night because my flight landed so late at night, so I only need a place to sleep. This is my experience : 1) The front office during check in is so nice (an old lady), offering amenities, also give extra towel for my kid. She can speak english, check in process was smooth. 2) Hotel room clean, provide complete amenities, skincare available from DHC brand, love it! Hairdyer, cable adaptor, water heater, slippers, also pajamas! 3) The room heater is good. I feel warm soon after entering the room (my trip during winter, outside temp minus) 4) the pillow is so good to release neck paint, love it! 5) Very near to Nakajima park! Only need to cross the road 6) The hotel location not far from Nakajima exit, but if you come during winter, maybe a little bit paint to carry your luggage on snowy road 7) Room & bed is small, but if you travel solo or couple, would be fine. If have kids maybe a little bit to cramped Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you search for a good deal & only need a room for comfort sleep

Everything is good for that price, like a good clean small motel. The only thing that is not good is that the restroom and toilet are smaller than standard

Not bad. Stayed here for my last night in Hokkaido and well I mean it's a standard business hotel.

Everything is good. Their service for me is top tier. For the location, if it isn't winter season it would be one of the best hotel.
