So lucky to have picked this incredible value-for-money onsen hotel! There's a free shuttle from Sapporo Station, and it includes both breakfast and dinner buffets. The food is abundant and made with quality ingredients. The rice dispenser machine was really fun (I love rice!). The hotel consists of two massive buildings, with 3 different bathhouses you can rotate through. A truly excellent vacation experience!

The hotel is so old that I felt like I travelled back to 40 years ago. Booked it for 2 nights because of the indoor water park and good reviews, but the kids only played for a short while and did not want to go again because they said it felt creepy. Room is small, and the pillows and futons are so flat that my body and neck hurt . Buffet spread is average, and we would rather drive back to Sapporo the second night for a nice buffet rather than eat the free one at the hotel after trying it on the first night. When we checked out and asked for a trolley, we were told by the staff over the phone that no trolley was available. My husband went down and saw many trolleys being available and pushed one up himself. We went with another family and all of us were shocked at how bad this hotel is. My husband even said that this is the worst hotel I have ever booked! Do not stay here unless you want to feel like Oshin…

Been travel for whole week and choose to stay in this hotel during last few days of vacation to relax and enjoying the comfort moment to reset our body and mind. Just to eat nice food, enjoy onsen and watching the view is perfect to end our vacation.

Hotel who love Onsen . Hotel is about 1 hr from Sapporo station .there is nothing much to do except for good food and onsen . It is good to spend 1 night there .

The hotspring room, sauna room and the cold room are good. Cozy hotel room with good view. Buffet dinner and breakfast are not bad with a variety of choices.

Would not really recommend anyone to come to this hotel. Hotel mentioned that there was free shuttle bus from sapporo station, but called a few days before they already said there was only one shuttle bus and it was already full. Also during our stay, two male hotel staff knocked on our door claiming to for “bed making” at 6pm and we said wait as my family was still changing, however i heard them unlock the door with their keys from the outside and luckily managed to stop them in time. This incident left my family traumatised that any staff could just simply unlock the door even when there are guest in the room

The shuttle bus was a great convenience. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. The hot spring on the 16th floor was excellent. The dining area was extremely crowded due to a large number of Korean tour groups, and checking in involved a long wait in line. However, all the hotel staff were very hard-working. We'll definitely come back again.

The hotel is quite old. From the outside, it looks good, but the room furnishings are very dated. There was a persistent odor, possibly from the bathroom, that made the entire room very uncomfortable. Dinner was a buffet with many choices, but the food wasn't good.
