The staff here are English-speaking and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I purchased a refill for my Traveler’s Notebook, a special collaboration with the hotel featuring the hotel name in gold on the cover. When the staff asked if I was a TN user, I showed her my train version TN, and she showed me hers too! It was a very lovely interaction. They also asked if I wanted to stamp my notebook, providing three different variations. It was a wonderful touch! There are only five paid parking slots available, costing ¥1,600 per night. The parking spot is reserved for you, so you’re free to come and go as you please. They even put up a sign indicating your room number. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo!

Everything was great! Love the interior design, the rooms are spacious & the breakfast is good. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel is decorated in a Western style, and the rooms are very small. It is not recommended for a family of three. The lobby on the first floor is like a living room at home. Toiletries can be picked up on the first floor. From 5 to 6:30 in the evening, you can enjoy red and white wine in the bar upstairs. Although each glass is poured very little, the atmosphere of the bar is good. The service of the Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk is super good. There is also a ** foreigner who has tinted glasses and only greets guests who speak foreign languages. It is also very speechless. Every time he enters and leaves, he has a bitter face. Breakfast will be delivered to the door of the room, two slices of bread, a bowl of soup + mini juice, hahaha, if I eat like this, I will lose weight like a lightning bolt

The staff, the rooms, and the breakfast were all excellent! When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely aroma, and the herbal tea was soothing. The complimentary cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere in the bar was lovely. This is a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

I was attracted to the hotel after reading the reviews, so I booked it the day before when it was cheaper. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but the woman at the front desk checked me in with a smile, which was a relief. The aroma, wooden furnishings, and log cabin-style interior were soothing, creating a warm atmosphere unlike any I've ever experienced before. The room was also relaxing with a calming, wooden interior, and breakfast was delivered to my room. As someone who is used to buffet-style meals, I found the soup in a soup jar, two slices of French bread, butter, and orange juice to be very warm, and I felt a sense of satisfaction as I was able to experience something out of the ordinary. The staff's smiles made this a soothing trip.

Family travel, good service, very warm, convenient subway transportation. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good.

The room is a little small, but it is very convenient for travel. It is more than 300 meters away from the Nakajima Park subway entrance and very close to Susukino. The lady at the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic.

The location is quite convenient, whether it is close to the North-South Line subway or walking to Boye and Tanukikoji Street, I stumbled upon this place because I couldn't book a hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's really expensive during the Chinese New Year, and the room is small

I also enjoyed the hot soup breakfast and the 6 kinds of wine service that you can drink as much as you like! The shower was powerful and felt good.
